今天又是我值班,早晨一进办公室,哎呀,一只乌龟在俺们桌子上蒜香烤扇贝 <wbr>VS金针菇拌扇贝 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>夏日最清爽的扇贝两吃 ~~谁这么好心,你这是送给我玩捏,还是吃?蒜香烤扇贝 <wbr>VS金针菇拌扇贝 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>夏日最清爽的扇贝两吃(开个玩笑,这屋子除了我,就剩这只龟和两盆花,我怎么舍得歹了它~~)可是这龟好像一年没洗澡了,刚刚给它洗了个干净,还喂了点火腿肠~~那啥,你主人不在,我好好伺候伺候你,去晒一会太阳吧~~~

蒜香烤扇贝

 

 

原料:扇贝、蒜、姜、油、盐

做法

1、扇贝在清水里洗干净,因为是连壳一起烤,所以扇贝外壳也要刷洗干净

2、用小刀将扇贝撬开,将扇贝的围边去掉,冲洗干净(扇贝的性别一眼看出来蒜香烤扇贝 <wbr>VS金针菇拌扇贝 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>夏日最清爽的扇贝两吃

3、蒜切小粒、姜切小粒(蒜的量是姜的两倍),加入半小勺盐、1小勺油、半小勺味极鲜拌匀

4、烤盘铺锡纸,将扇贝放上,然后将蒜姜均匀铺在每只扇贝上,170度烤箱10分钟即可

 

小贴士:

1、如何挑选扇贝这个季节的扇贝都是去年的老贝,太后说有的是留种的母贝和公贝,新扇贝得秋冬才能上市,老贝更肥,一般老贝的外壳颜色和性别相一致,外皮是黑灰的,一般是公的,外皮是橙红的,一般是母的,太后年轻时帮我大姨养过扇贝,她说的话具有一定参考性,但没有权威性蒜香烤扇贝 <wbr>VS金针菇拌扇贝 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>夏日最清爽的扇贝两吃

2、夏天卖扇贝的都是用冰块镇着的,放回家如果不马上吃,最好放进冰箱冷藏,千万不要洗,一沾淡水它就死了

4、扇贝不要烤的时间过长,小时候我冬天生炉子,很喜欢烤扇贝,放上去不一会儿,扇贝就张开口了,说明它很容易熟,时间长了肉就收缩变硬

买了一小盆扇贝,做了两道菜,扇贝拌黄瓜丝、金针菇都很好吃~~~蒜香烤扇贝 <wbr>VS金针菇拌扇贝 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>夏日最清爽的扇贝两吃

原料:扇贝、大蒜、小青椒、金针菇、盐、辣椒油等

做法

1、洗干净的扇贝直接上锅蒸、金针菇去掉根部、洗净备用,小青椒切开

2、蒸好的扇贝去掉外壳,将肉剥出

3、锅中水烧开,水中加入一勺盐,将金针菇下锅焯熟,然后捞出迅速过凉水

4、两瓣蒜捣碎,金针菇、扇贝、青椒、蒜泥、辣椒油和适量盐、几滴香油拌匀即可
