辣炒锥螺(麻辣鲜香的吮指小零食)

原料:锥螺、辣椒、葱姜、盐、油、白酒等

做法

1、锥螺清洗干净,用清水多冲洗几次

2、辣椒切段、葱切碎、姜切丝备用

3、锅里放少许油,油热后,爆香葱姜,将锥螺下锅翻炒,加入辣椒一起翻炒

4、加半小勺白酒去腥、半小勺盐、不断翻炒几分钟即可出锅

 

注意事项

1、锥螺我洗了好多次,泥沙还是很多的,边清洗边挑选,有的里面是空的就挑出来,怎样分辨(有的锥螺表面有个小洞,一般就是空了,估计被什么东西吃掉了,只剩个空壳辣炒锥螺VS盐煮海锥 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>骨灰级的海边小零嘴

2、加入少许盐调味,加入少许白酒可以去腥增鲜杀毒

3、其实这东西很好熟,但我还是多炒了一会,口感和安全,我选择后者

盐水煮海锥(骨灰级零食有木有啊)

原料:海锥、盐、八角

做法:1、海锥清洗干净,用清水多冲洗几次

2、将海锥放入锅中,清水没过海锥即可,放半小勺盐、放一小块八角

3、锅子放火上,中火烧开转小火几分钟即可

小贴士:

1、加入的水不用太多,没过海锥即可,水多了不鲜了

2、加少许盐即可,这个本身就有咸味的,再小也是海鲜啊辣炒锥螺VS盐煮海锥 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>骨灰级的海边小零嘴

3、八角放一点点即可,太多的八角会夺走本身鲜味

4、这个特别好熟,其实水烧开了就可以停火的,但我还是多煮了一会,成品肉并没有缩,也很鲜的,安全与美味并存
