其实暑假真的没你想象中那么好,除了值班、学习还有一堆的事要忙,忙完之后,连饭都不一定吃得上 海鲜芝士焗饭 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>冰箱剩饭巧做豪华午餐 某天中午,太后老爹去赴婚宴吃大餐,某田单位吃饭,累得浑身散架的我还要自己爬起来捣鼓吃的,可冰箱好像只有剩米饭啊,人生最悲惨的事莫过于此海鲜芝士焗饭 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>冰箱剩饭巧做豪华午餐,吃什么?焗饭吧,一个人捧着盆吃海鲜芝士焗饭 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>冰箱剩饭巧做豪华午餐

 

海鲜芝士焗饭 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>冰箱剩饭巧做豪华午餐

 

 

 

 

原料:

米饭1份、大虾2只、虾仁15只、鱿鱼卷10片、蛤蜊7只、贝丁10个、橄榄油2小勺、西兰花100克、洋葱50克、小青椒1只、盐适量、白酒适量、黄油25克、面粉30克、牛奶100毫升、盐1/4小勺、胡椒粉1/4小勺、马苏里拉奶酪100克

 

做法

1、海鲜类材料清洗干净、虾和虾仁去掉沙线,用1小勺盐和几滴白酒腌制10分钟

2、锅中水烧开,将海鲜下锅焯30秒,然后迅速捞出,沥干水分

3、黄油放锅中融化,加入面粉小火慢慢翻炒,加入100毫升牛奶不断搅拌,最后加入1/4小勺盐和胡椒粉拌匀即成奶油酱,关火铲出

4、洋葱切丝、青椒切段、锅中水烧开,放入半小勺盐,将西兰花下锅焯熟,然后捞出

5、锅中加入2小勺橄榄油,将切丝的洋葱下锅小火炒香,将海鲜下锅,倒入奶油酱,加入西兰花翻炒均匀

6、将炒好的海鲜蔬菜均匀地铺在米饭上,米饭上均匀铺一层奶酪,然后放入烤箱,180度20分钟

 

小贴士:

1、做焗饭的材料随自己喜欢,可以是海鲜、可以是肉类、香肠、甚至水果都可以,只要适合自己口味

2、海鲜事先焯熟再拿来炒制和焗烤,否则会出大量水分,影响口感

3、海鲜类放开水里汆烫时,只要30秒就要马上捞出,不能时间长了,因为后面还要经过炒制和焗烤,

防止海鲜肉质变老,

4、用橄榄油将洋葱炒香后,再翻炒其他海鲜,海鲜的味道更好
