 新一轮的高温开始了,所以我又在期盼周四的下雨~~~预报今天最高温度是33度,但大家都懂靠谱的情况是再加上个2、3度~~~~~对于我这种不抗热的人来说日子不好过啊~~~蒜泥五花VS虾仁滑蛋 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>夏天最清爽的五花肉吃法

某一天在俺奶奶家做的菜,村里人卖肉很实在,不过哎,就是那蒜泥五花VS虾仁滑蛋 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>夏天最清爽的五花肉吃法的营养太不均衡,两大块五花挂在那里,一块瘦的居多,一块又太肥了,本来俺是想做红烧肉的,这下不行了,看来还是得太后大清早去超市排队才能抢到分层标致的五花蒜泥五花VS虾仁滑蛋 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>夏天最清爽的五花肉吃法,最后很无奈滴每样割了一小条~~~~干脆吃蒜泥肉吧~~~

 

不过歪打正着做的这个肉肉实在不错,连一向挑剔的俺奶奶都说好,那是真的好了吧,吃在嘴里不油不腻,可以算上我家最清爽的五花肉吃法了蒜泥五花VS虾仁滑蛋 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>夏天最清爽的五花肉吃法

原料:五花肉、葱、姜、大蒜、白酒、盐、香油、糖、大料、花椒等

做法:五花肉清洗干净备用,葱切段、姜切片

准备一锅清水,放入葱段姜片,一小盅白酒,一颗大料、几颗花椒

将五花肉放进锅里,开火煮肉,大火烧开转中小火炖煮20分钟左右

关火后,让肉在汤汁里冷却至温热不烫手,拿出肉,切成片,

大蒜剥皮后清洗干净,石臼里加入适量盐,将蒜瓣放进去捣成泥

加入适量味极鲜酱油,少许糖和香油,爱吃辣的加些辣椒油

吃的时候,肉片蘸着蒜泥吃,很清爽

 

注意:煮肉的时候,锅里加入少许的白酒可以起到去腥提鲜的作用

煮好的肉自然冷却,千万别心急放进凉水里,热胀冷缩的道理谁都懂

有的人也许会建议你把肉冷冻下再切会切得很薄,但我觉得此法至少不适合我

因为五花肉冷却后会变硬,肥肉部分会凝固成类似猪油的感觉,很腻味

最好的方法就是,趁五花肉温热的时候尽量切薄片,切好后立刻吃,口感一级,不肥不腻

捣蒜的时候,加少许盐,蒜汁不蹦,捣的时候一鼓作气不停歇,大人们会告诉你中间停了会有很怪异的味道蒜泥五花VS虾仁滑蛋 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>夏天最清爽的五花肉吃法

调制蒜泥的时候,加入的是味极鲜或海鲜酱油,这类酱油味道没那么咸,还微甜,很鲜,不用再加入味精或鸡精

虾仁滑蛋(双重鲜美的快手家常菜)

我邻居家自己养了一窝鸡,那天给俺奶奶送了两把鸡蛋,说她家的鸡吃的不是饲料,是自己配的粮食类东西,下的蛋好吃,让我们尝尝,我就整了点虾仁炒了,真的比平时好吃,我确定不是心理作用,哈哈哈蒜泥五花VS虾仁滑蛋 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>夏天最清爽的五花肉吃法

原料:鸡蛋、虾仁、小葱、姜、盐、白酒等

做法:虾仁清洗干净,挑去沙线,加入一点白酒腌制

小葱切碎,姜切末,鸡鸡蛋打散,加入葱姜

加入两大勺水,加入少许盐,搅打均匀

最后将腌制好的虾仁放进去一起搅拌

锅里放少量油,油热后,加入蛋液

蛋液稍微凝固后,轻轻翻炒,不断翻炒,直至鸡蛋完全成熟

滴两滴香油,即可出锅

 

注意:虾仁放一点白酒,可以去除腥味

鸡蛋里加入的两大勺水要是冷却的开水,这样炒鸡蛋不腥

加水可以让鸡蛋更嫩,不加水小心变成煎蛋饼蒜泥五花VS虾仁滑蛋 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>夏天最清爽的五花肉吃法

炒鸡蛋的火候要注意,不能太轻,虾仁可能不熟,太老了口感又不好,掌握在一分钟左右
