果球虾仁沙拉(别有风味的水果虾做法)

原料:红毛丹、虾仁、淀粉、盐、白酒、低脂沙拉酱(酸奶)

做法

1、虾仁用刀划开虾背,去掉纱线,清洗干净后加入少许酒、加入一勺盐拌匀后,腌制15分钟

2、腌好的虾仁,加入一大勺的干淀粉,用手抓匀,使每只虾仁都均匀裹上淀粉

3、锅中倒入适量油,油六七成热的时候,将虾仁一只只滑入锅中,转中火,炸一分钟,等到虾仁金黄酥脆即可捞出

4、红毛丹去皮,留下果球清洗干净备用

5、将果球和虾仁拌在一起,挤上适量沙拉酱,搅拌均匀即可食用

 

小贴士:

1、虾仁清洗干净后,要用少许盐腌制一刻钟,虾仁更入味

2、加入白酒可以提鲜去腥,或者加入适量葱姜末也可以起到相同作用

3、虾仁直接下锅炸的话,虾仁会缩水、炸老、崩油,只要外面裹一层干粉,就不会发生上面情况

4、炸虾仁的时间,一分钟就足够了,因为虾仁很容易熟,时间长了就炸老了

5、如果觉得沙拉酱的热量过高,就用无糖低脂酸奶代替吧,健康又美味
