谁能告诉我,怎样才能提升耐心指数,追了多年的漫画我决定弃坑了,主要是更新滴频率也太快了吧,我快抓狂了,有生之年我能看到结局么,对,你知道我说的是啥,华丽丽的~~~,让人吐血的华丽黄金咖喱虾 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>3个窍门提升美味指数

 

黄金咖喱虾  (3个窍门提升美味指数)

原料:鲜虾、胡萝卜、土豆、洋葱、盐、白酒、胡椒粉、大喜大咖喱膏、酸奶等

做法:

1、鲜虾清洗干净,剪去虾须、挑去虾线,加入适量盐、白酒、胡椒粉腌制半小时

 

2、胡萝卜、土豆和洋葱分别切块,锅里放一大勺油,油热后将洋葱下锅煸炒,等洋葱爆香后,将胡萝卜和土豆一起下锅煸炒,加入少许盐,加入开水没过蔬菜煮10分钟

 

3、加入适量的咖喱膏(随个人口味),然后转小火慢炖,等到土豆和胡萝卜炖软、汤汁变少,加入适量酸奶,接着再炖一会

 

4、将腌制好的鲜虾放入锅中,翻炒均匀,5分钟后即可关火

 

小贴士(3窍门大大提升咖喱虾美味指数)

 

1、鲜虾要提前腌制,这样才入味,加入白酒和胡椒粉起到去腥提鲜的作用

 

2、油热后先下洋葱煸炒,这样洋葱的香气充分释放出来,做出的咖喱口感好。炖煮咖喱的时候要放少许酸奶,这样咖喱的口感更柔和、更美味、更香醇

 

3、虾一定要最后放,因为虾很容易熟,放早的话,虾肉加热过度口
