小长假过后,清肠是永恒不变的课题~~~~这个地球人都知道

所以那啥,今天倾情大奉送了~~~N久以来攒下的一些,挑了几篇合主题的,今天就一个坑全埋了~~

这三个菜都是灰常简单、灰常容易滴,五分钟之内搞定~~~~~还挺好吃的,所以那谁、那谁、还有那谁,要是再说俺做的菜太复杂,俺就发飙给嫩们看~~~~拌!拌!拌! <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>节后清肠小食轻松做


 

 芥末菠菜墩

 

 

原料:菠菜、虾仁、芥末、盐、糖、醋、芝麻

做法:菠菜去根,择去烂叶洗净,锅里烧开水,把菠菜下锅焯水(目的是去除菠菜中的草酸)

然后捞出,放入清水中过凉

沥干水后,切成小段,加入青芥末、香醋、少量盐和糖,喜欢辣的还可以再加入些芥末油

搅拌均匀后即可摆盘,最后撒些烤熟的芝麻,摆上焯熟的虾仁即可

橄榄杂菜沙拉

 

拌!拌!拌! <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>节后清肠小食轻松做

 

 

 

原料:火腿、圣女果、苦菊、鹌鹑蛋、胡萝卜、黄瓜、橄榄油、胡椒粉、盐、糖、醋等

做法:所有蔬菜类洗净、切成合适的块状(肠胃不好的,要焯熟后食用),火腿也切块

鹌鹑蛋下锅煮熟,剥皮,切两半备用

所有材料放入大沙拉碗里,倒入橄榄油、一点胡椒粉、一勺醋、适量盐和白糖,最后搅拌均匀即可

这个菜我要念叨几句,为啥捏?

这个菜的历史太久了,一直攒着没整图片,而当我想发了整好图片时,没想到前一天就有博友发了同样菜品的博文,太寸啦,拌!拌!拌! <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>节后清肠小食轻松做  所以我第二天肯定不能发了啊,我是无所谓的,自娱自乐管谁呢,怕是对方看了不舒服~~~

但是俺的图片也都是辛苦照的,已经删除了又拖了回来,这不事隔一个月,我还是发了出来~~~拌!拌!拌! <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>节后清肠小食轻松做

 

 

原料:田七菜、芝麻、盐、糖、醋、香油、鸡粉等

做法:超级简单,焯水过凉后捞出

加入调味料拌匀撒上熟芝麻即可,喜欢重口味的,拍一瓣大蒜拌!拌!拌! <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>节后清肠小食轻松做

特点:真的好喜欢吃田七菜,特别脆爽,我竟然吃出了莼菜那种滑滑的感觉,比菠菜什么的都好吃,清热祛火,尤其适合女性
