原来夏天真的是用来分手的季节,这个校园充满着一种离别的味道,不单是孩子们要各自去他们应去的地方,我们也是!!!庄姐这一走,勾起了我心中无数的伤感,三年的朝夕相处,人非草木啊,谁说这一次不是此生永别呢~~~~正如多年前至今~~~~~夏天是用来分手的季节,那些花儿散落在天涯~~~~~韩式冷面 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>天热正当时

天气越来越热,喜欢自己在家调制冷面汤,用的是真正的矿泉水,我的肠胃还没好到那种在哪吃都能消化的地步~~~~韩式冷面 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>天热正当时,还有就是想放啥就放啥!!!

 

 韩式冷面(家庭简易版)

 

原料:冷面、牛肉、葱姜、大蒜、糖、盐、醋、生抽、冰块、鸡蛋、梨(苹果)、黄瓜、泡菜 

做法:牛肉先在冷水中浸泡二十分钟,把血沫泡出来并清洗干净。放入几粒大蒜和葱段、两片姜一起炖,大火烧开转中火炖煮40分钟,牛肉煮熟后捞出来,放凉切片。肉汤用滤网过滤,并加入生抽1/4勺,盐 1/2勺,砂糖 1勺,醋1.5勺,充分搅拌后放在冰箱里冷藏。

冷面须煮2~3分钟之后,用冷水清洗多次,然后放在事先备好的冰块上冷镇

黄瓜冲洗干净,切成黄瓜丝,用盐腌一下

鸡蛋煮熟后冷却剥皮,剖两半,梨和苹果切丝,泡菜切丝

冰凉的冷面团成面团,放在一只大碗里,黄瓜丝、梨丝(苹果丝)、泡菜、牛肉片、半个鸡蛋放上去,再把冷藏好的肉汤倒进去。

 

注意:冷面就是吃的筋道,不要煮太长时间

煮好的面要用凉水反复冲洗,洗去表面粘液,面条才更滑

煮好的面在冰水中浸泡会使面更加筋道
