草莓大福   草莓季的伴手礼

天知道我昨天有多么忙~~~没有周六的周末实在很无奈,以前两天的活儿要一天干了(我们以后周六用来补课了~~)手受伤了还要洗衣服(手破了,被指甲刀夹伤了~~)草莓大福 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>草莓季的伴手礼,所以说珍惜生命,远离刀具……明天太后生日,百年不遇,2月初四赶上那啥节,上街买了好多东西……

草莓大福(本季度最应景的水果甜点)

 

材料糯米粉100克、水100克、糖30克、豆沙适量、草莓几个

做法

1、将水一点点倒入糯米面中,搅拌均匀,放入蒸笼里20分钟蒸熟

2、趁热将蒸熟的糯米团分次放入砂糖混合拌匀,再放入涂上色拉油的保鲜膜中放至温热;

3、取15克豆沙包裹一颗草莓,并让草莓尖端露出三分之一,再取25克一份糯米面团包住豆沙,滚上一层蒸熟的玉米淀粉即可

注意

1、草莓要挑选小个头,你如果用了大个头的草莓,包的时候就杯具了,还有豆沙不要贪多

2、蒸好后要多多搅拌,这样会增加糯米的粘性,打糕就是这个原理;

3、包糯米团会比较粘手,可以涂一点色拉油再包或者在手上套个一次性手套~~~
