昨天Tony写了高考的早餐篇，今天说说高考期间的午餐要注意什么。其实很多考生在中午是没法回家的，大多是在食堂吃的，所以我们学校的领导应该充分重视高考期间食堂的菜谱，因为现在的食堂很多是承包出去的，食堂的饭菜一般都很差，别说营养，质量都没法保证，所以有关部门应该高度关注学校的食堂卫生工作，对他们的进菜渠道要严格把关，是否有检验手续，还有食用油使用情况都要设立一套相关的监督机制！其实不仅仅是在高考，平时都要做到位，保证学生在学校吃的安全，吃的放心，吃的营养。

 

　　那么高考期间，考生的中餐要注意什么呢？主要有三大原则：

一、高考最忌不平常的心态，所以生活，食物，都和平时保持一样比较好。考生考前饮食不要因高考临近而刻意改变，在临考前的一段时间及考试期间，饮食量都不要比平时增加太多，尤其考试期间饮食不要做太大的变动，应和平时保持一致。平时中午吃什么，那几天基本保持不变。

二、中餐一定要清淡，保证有适量的蛋白质和蔬菜就行。提供数量和质量最充分的食品一般来说，有一样荤菜或豆制品，再加上两样蔬菜就可以了。但一定要吃主食,米饭,面食都可以,部分孩子只吃菜不爱吃主食，家长不应纵容，否则碳水化合物摄入太少，能量供应不足，影响孩子备考的效率。
三、不可吃的过饱。虽然我们强调中饭要吃饱吃好，但切忌不可吃的过饱，吃得过饱，食物在肠胃中消化需要大量血液，脑内血液供氧减少，会导致大脑迟钝，思维不敏捷。因为下午考试要在3点左右，所以考生一定要记得饭后午休一下，这样才会有一个更充沛的下午。

 

    今天给大家推荐一道红烧汪刺鱼。汪刺鱼有很多种叫法，比如汪丁鱼，昂刺鱼，昂牛，据说东北人叫“嘎牙子”，四川人叫“黄腊丁”，湖南人称之为”黄鸭叫”。喜欢汪刺鱼的原因是这鱼特别鲜美，奇怪的是没有别的鱼那么有腥味，红烧，清炖都是美餐。

 

原料：汪刺鱼　

调料：食用油　生姜　料酒　酱油　白糖　葱　

 

做法：

1.汪刺鱼买回家后宰杀清理干净，表面擦干水分；

2.热锅冷油后加入生姜片；

3.放入汪刺鱼煎到两面稍微金黄即可；

4.加入酱油和料酒；

5.加入小半碗水煮开；

6.加入半小勺白糖收汁后撒上香葱即可出锅。

 

 

要点：

1.汪刺鱼肉质鲜美，在煎鱼的时候不要放太多的油，更不要炸鱼，煎得太老，鱼肉反而会变老；

2.煮的时间更不能太久，料酒和酱油放入后加少量水，小半碗左右，因为鱼很快熟的，煮过头了会变老，不要超过十分钟；

3.红烧鱼最重要的就是上色，酱油少，颜色太淡会让人没有食欲，所以一定要浓油赤酱，这当中自然少不了上色的老抽，但老抽太多会让菜有点发苦，所以我们要加一点白糖调味，这就是好吃的红烧鱼的最大秘诀所在啊！

青春奇妙无穷，充满魅力，充满痛楚。青春年少的时候根本不知青春为何物，直到青春一去不复返了才对青春有了真正的认识。谁都想让青春永驻，不忍青春离去；眼睁睁地看着青春流逝,心中会涌起无穷的忧伤和惋惜；青春的失去是人们永远感到悲哀的事；青春的失去是人们真正觉得悲喜交集的事；即便奇迹出现青春复苏，谁都不会心甘情愿重度青春的岁月。

Why is this? The reason is that the strange and bitter miracle of life is nowhere else so evident as in our youth. And what is the essence of that strange and bitter miracle of life which we feel so poignant , so unutterable, with such a bitter pain and joy, when we are young? It is this: that being rich, we are so poor; that being mighty, we can yet have nothing; that seeing, breathig, smelling, tasting all around us the impossible wealth and glory of this earth, feeling with an intolerable certitude that the whole structure of the enchanted life – the most fortunate, wealthy, good, and happy life that any man has ever known – is ours – is ours at once, immediately and forever, the moment that we choose to take a step, or stretch a hand, or say a word- we yet know that we can really keep, hold, take, and possess forever- nothing. 为什么如此？因为在青春时代，生活充满了奇特而辛酸的不可思议的事。我们在青春年少时带着悲喜交集的心情，十分强烈而不可名状地感受到人生的奇特辛酸、不可思议的经历。其实质是什么呢？其实质是这样的：青春年少的时候，虽然殷实富足，却非常贫穷；虽然力气强大，却一无所有；世间的富贵荣华触目皆是，简直可以呼吸到，闻到嗅到，还可以品尝到，心中的自信按捺不住，深切地感受到整个被陶醉了的生活----人类迄今为止所知道的最幸运、最富有的美好幸福的生活，只要我们决定向前迈步，奋发努力，便立即归我们所有了，并将永远属于我们。然而，我们知道，我们真的永远不能抓到什么，永远不能获得什么，永远不能占有什么。一切匆匆过去，荡然无存。我们一出手它就烟消云散，飘然而去，一去不复返了。于是，心中泛起阵阵隐痛，看到了自己真实的面孔，看到了自己未来生活的必然走向。

And that is the reason why, when youth is gone, every man will look back upon that period of his life with infinite sorrow and regret. It is the bitter sorrow and regret of a man who knows that once he had a great talent and wasted it , of a man who knows that once he had a great treasure and got nothing from it , of a man who knows that he had strength enough for everything and never used it.
青春消逝，蓦然回首，无论是谁，心中都会充满无尽的忧伤，充满无穷的懊悔。曾经才智卓越，却白白浪费了，曾经财富殷实，却一无所有，曾经本事高强，却从未利用。一个认识到自己失落青春的人回忆起来总是充满悲伤和懊悔。
