好男儿昨天放学回来，我看到他的语文作业本上有四颗星。这是他第一次的作文，我一读，怎么写得那么好？我说，都是你自己写的吗？他说，是我和妈妈一起想出来的，70%是我写的。好吧，这可不算啊，要全部自己写才厉害啊。后来他在我边上写了一篇，我一看，恩，还不错，除了有几个错别字，这才象个小孩子写的作文。真实远比华丽无用的词语来得重要啊！

 

    花椰菜很有营养，花椰菜其实是甘蓝菜的一个变种，含有丰富的胡萝卜素、维生素B群、C、蛋白质及硒、钙等成分，钙质含量不亚於牛奶的分量，维生素C含量特别的高，是番茄的4倍多，可提升免疫力；维生素B群可维持神经系统的健康。但是花椰菜做的不好就会很难吃。有的人是把它煮的过了头，还有的人是做的太生了。其实要解决这个问题并不难。今天就和大家分享一下我的做法。

 

原料：花椰菜  瘦肉

调料：食用油 豆瓣酱  自制味精（做法见此）

 

做法：

1.把瘦肉切成薄片；

2.放入适量生粉和一点料酒搅拌均匀后腌制15分钟；

3.花椰菜清洗干净后把花一一掰下来；

 

4.水烧开后加入几滴油；

5.放入花椰菜焯水，时间大概在1分钟；

6.马上用凉水过凉后滤干水分；

7.热锅冷油加入适量豆瓣酱小火煸出香味；

 

8.放入肉片煸炒；

9.加入自制味精；

10.加入焯过水的花椰菜翻炒片刻即可出锅。

 

 

如何做出入味又爽脆的花椰菜

1.炒花椰菜最好要焯水，这样可以去除菜的生味，而且炒的时候也容易入味，熟的快；

2.焯水后记得要把花椰菜用水冲凉，这也是让其爽脆的关键步骤；

3.加入豆瓣酱是让花椰菜增味的好办法啊，加上肉片的香味，花椰菜味道马上就提升了。
           
           

 

 

我家好男儿吃花椰菜有个习惯，就是只吃花，不喜欢下面的菜杆子，每次都把杆子留给我。

 

样子一般般不是那么好看啊，不过这味道真的是好,因为很熟的花椰菜真的很难吃啊！

Growth sows unhappiness in China

According to a U.S. analysis published on Monday, China's economic growth over the last 20 years has generally been met with declining happiness, AFP reported.

The study in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences is based on six different surveys on self-reported satisfaction with life since 1990, a period when China's gross domestic product per capita increased fourfold.

In 1990, 68 percent of those in the wealthiest income bracket and 65 percent of those in the poorest reported high levels of satisfaction. But the latter figure has fallen more than 23 percentage points in the past two decades. Only 42 percent of Chinese people in the lowest income bracket reported high levels of life satisfaction in 2010. Meanwhile, the wealthiest Chinese who said they were satisfied with their lives grew about three percentage points, to 71 percent.

法新社报道，根据美国周一发布的一份分析报告显示，中国过去20年经济增长随之而来的是幸福感下滑。

该研究发表在《国家科学院院刊》上，基于自1990年以来6份不同的自我报告的生活满意度调查。1990年以来，中国人均国内生产总值增加了4倍。

1990年，68%的最富裕人群和65%的最贫困人群表示对生活很满意。但是，第二个比例在过去20年下降了逾23个百分点。2010年，仅42%收入最低的中国人表示生活满意度很高。同时，对生活满意的最富裕的中国人的比例增加了约3个百分点，达71%。
