    今天给大家介绍的菜很清淡很家常，在我们江南一带非常普通，名字叫葱烧小芋艿。但就是这类江南小菜见证了钱学森和蒋英夫妇62年的爱情。

 

    蒋英是我们海宁人，还是金庸的表姐，钱学森是杭州人，他们的爱情浪漫而又奇特。1947年，钱学森留美第一次回到阔别12年的中国。蒋英适从德国学成归来。蒋英是中国著名的军事战略家、教育家蒋百里的三女儿。钱学森之父钱均夫与蒋百里早年在杭州求是书院（浙江大学前身）是同窗好友，两家过从甚密。钱学森和蒋英的婚姻结合，既包含了青梅竹马情，也囊括了激情、亲密、承诺三要素，真可谓是天造地配的一对。
在美国期间，蒋英英语一时还未过关，钱学森就抽空教她，还不时用英语说一些俏皮话，逗得蒋英大笑。谁都不会想到，大科学家钱学森还烧得一手好菜。蒋英对上门拜访的朋友说：“我们家钱学森是大师傅，我只能给他打打下手。”钱学森则开玩笑说：“蒋英是我家的童养媳。”

    其实幸福就是来自平淡的生活，平淡的事情，平淡中的幸福才是真正的幸福。简单最美，简单也最难。我们都要学会让生活变得简单，在平淡中发现瞬间的幸福。这样我们才能更从容地去面对生活。很多时候我们都以为理想的生活在梦里或者在你偶尔看到的一幅漂亮的画里，可是真的到了那个梦境或者那幅画里，你也未必觉得自己是个快乐幸福的人吧。人的幸福与否，完全在于一个人的心境罢了！要不怎么会有这么一句老话：知足常乐啊！

 

原料：小芋头  葱

调料：生抽   香油

 

做法：

1.小芋头冲洗干净后放入锅里冷水蒸12分钟；

2.芋头用凉水冲一下后去皮；

3.热锅冷油，加入去皮的小芋头，煎到有点金黄色；

4.加入三勺左右的生抽翻炒一下后加入冷水，没过小芋头的二分之一左右；

5.到汤汁浓稠时淋上香油撒上葱花就可以出锅了。

 

芋头的处理有两种办法，一种是直接刮皮后蒸再炒，但是在刮皮的时候要注意不要碰到芋头的汁水，那样会让手奇痒无比，这时可以把手放在火上稍微烤一下；第二种办法就是直接蒸了后去皮再炒，这样也就不用担心手痒了。
