眼瞅着11月这就过去了,2012年也即将翻页,大姐我此刻真的坐上奔三的马车了枣杞乳鸽汤 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>体虚者过冬必备补身汤,虽然先前整天挂在嘴边的,~~~可是,可是,我以后还能自诩“X X 女青年”么, 还能高喊着“卖萌可耻、年轻有理”的口号继续犯二么……岁月无声却没饶过任何人 o(︶︿︶)o

我自认不是个身体健壮者,流感的散弹随时都能击中我,我能说啥呢?那只能怪太后吧,除了“先天不足”还有啥别的解释么枣杞乳鸽汤 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>体虚者过冬必备补身汤,所以自我救赎那就是唯一能做的吧,天冷了,炖点好东西给自己吃。

 

   鸽子,又名白凤、鹁鸽,营养价值极高,既是美味佳肴,又是滋补佳品。鸽肉为高蛋白、低脂肪食品,蛋白含量为24.47%,超过兔、牛、猪、羊、鸡、鸭、鵝和狗等肉类,所含蛋白质中有许多人体的必需氨基酸,且消化吸收率在 95%,鸽子肉的脂肪含量仅0.73%,低于其他肉类,是人类理想的食品。  

  鸽肉不但营养丰富,且还有一定的保健功效,能防治多种疾病,中医认为鸽肉有补肝壮肾、益气补血、清热解毒、生津止渴等功效。现代医学认为:鸽肉壮体补肾、生机活力、健脑补神,提高记忆力,降低血压,调整人体血糖,养颜美容,皮肤洁白细嫩,延年益寿。
 

 

民间常有“一鸽顶九鸡”的说法,可见鸽子确实是补身的佳品,这鸽子是我家太后亲自去抓的,几笼鸽子里最活力精神的两只,就是宰杀的过程忒残忍,不过喝汤的时候,俺们就都忘了枣杞乳鸽汤 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>体虚者过冬必备补身汤

 

 

原料:乳鸽2只、葱1段、大枣10颗、姜3片、枸杞20颗、盐1小勺、香油1/2小勺

 

做法

1、鸽子处理干净,然后用清水冲洗干净,烧开一壶水,将鸽子汆烫下并清洗,处理好的鸽子放进锅里,放入切好的葱段、姜片,加入大半锅水开火,红枣和枸杞事先用清水浸泡

 

2、等到锅里水烧开,用大勺将锅中的浮沫打出,放入大枣转最小火慢慢炖煮2小时

 

32小时后,鸽子基本炖好,将泡好的枸杞放入锅中,加入1小勺盐和几滴香油,接着炖煮15分钟

 

415分钟后,即可关火喝汤吃肉

 

小贴士

1、宰杀好的鸽子要去除内脏,并用清水清洗掉血水(鸽子的嘴里要重点清洗),然后用热水汆烫下,这样鸽子的口感好

2、大火煮开后,用勺子将汤上的浮沫撇出,做出的汤味道好

3、鸽子汤一定要多炖煮一段时间,时间短了,汤的味道不够浓郁

4、炖汤的时候无需加八角花椒,也无需太多调味料,这样的原汤才鲜美滋补

这样拍出来好像看着很大,其实这只碗也只是13公分的直径,
