答应了不止一人要做高考食谱,却拖了一个月,哎,懒人就这样~~~,其实我不是营养师、也不是专业人士,承蒙各位看得起,我只能凭这一知半解硬着头皮上,专业高手请过来一起帮忙指导下,希望孩纸们不论是中考还是高考都能顺顺利利,家长们也都能放心满意,多年寒窗苦读不容易,我和太后也熬过,格外理解鲜贝冬瓜汤 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>30道高考营养食谱~~

原料:冬瓜、鲜贝、葱、将姜、香菜、油、盐、胡椒粉、白酒

做法

1、冬瓜洗净一切为二,用挖球器挖出一个个冬瓜球,贝丁加入几滴白酒、少许盐、半勺淀粉腌制

2、锅里烧水,水中放半勺盐,水沸腾后,将冬瓜球放入,焯水2分钟,然后迅速捞出,放凉水中浸泡,然后捞出沥干水

3、锅里放少许油,油热后将葱姜下锅爆香,然后将焯好的冬瓜球放入翻炒,加入半锅开水,依个人口味加少许盐或是不加

4、等冬瓜炖至完全成熟呈半透明时,加入腌制好的贝丁,一分钟后即可关火,加入少许胡椒粉,撒入切段的香菜

 

小贴士:

1、这道汤挖球就多了道工序,但可以给考生的饮食增添些乐趣,其实切块就可以,不必纠结

2、鲜贝要事先用盐和淀粉腌制,让鲜贝更入味、口感更滑嫩,加入几滴白酒可以去腥提鲜

3、冬瓜有一种特殊的味道,很多人吃不惯,先放入开水锅汆烫,然后捞出过凉就可以去除这种味道,做出的冬瓜汤菜特别鲜美

4、等到冬瓜完全成熟时放鲜贝下锅,一分钟后即可关火,贝丁受热过度不但体积缩小,肉质也会变老变硬

5、最后加入少许胡椒粉和香菜段提鲜,一锅低油低盐的冬瓜汤做好了

 

此汤的好处:

 

贝类一向是受人们欢迎的食物,其丰富的蛋白质、低胆固醇、低热量、各种微量元素,与肉类相比对人的营养和健康更为优越。冬瓜味甘、淡、性凉,具有润肺生津,化痰止渴,利尿消肿,清热祛暑,解毒排脓的功效。所以这个汤最适合在夏日给精神紧张的考生食用,但对海鲜过敏者需谨慎,将贝丁换成瘦肉即可。

营养学家指出,经常食用以下常见的食品,对健脑很有好处。 (转载自网络)

  蛋类:如鹌鹑蛋、鸡蛋。鸡蛋含有丰富的蛋白质、卵磷脂、维生素和钙、磷、铁等,是大脑新陈代谢不可缺少的物质。另外,鸡蛋所含有较多的乙酰胆碱是大脑完成记忆所必需的。因此,每天吃一两个鸡蛋,对强身健脑大有好处。

  动物肝、肾脏富含铁质。铁质是红细胞的重要组成成分。经常吃些动物肝、肾脏,体内铁质充分,红细胞可为大脑运送充足氧气,就能有效地提高大脑的工作效率。

  鱼类可为大脑提供丰富的蛋白质,不饮和脂及酸和钙、磷、维生素B1、维生素B2等,它们均是构成脑细胞及提高其活力的重要物质。

  大豆和豆制品含有约40%的优质蛋白质,可与鸡蛋、牛奶媲美。同时,它们还含有较多的卵磷脂、钙、铁、维生素B1、维生素B2等,是理想的健脑食品。

  小米含有较丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、钙、铁、维生素B1等营养万分,有“健脑主食”之称。小米还有能防治神经衰弱的功效。

  硬果类食品,包括花生、核桃、葵花籽、芝麻、松子、榛子等,含有大量的蛋白质、不饱和脂及酸、卵磷脂、无机盐和维生素,经常食用,对改善脑营养供给很有益处。

  黄花菜富含蛋白质、脂肪、钙、铁、维生素B1,均为大脑代谢所需要的物质,因此,它被人们称为“健脑菜”。
