前天晚上发烧到38.3度,没吃药一宿降温,早上就36.5度,把方法说说:健康的成年人发烧不到38.5度没必要吃药,只需要不停喝温热的水,出汗和排毒就能降温,超过38.5度的,吃一片扑热息痛,然后喝大量温水,风寒感冒的可以喝葱姜水,经此一事,我相信每个人体内都有足够的小宇宙来抵抗病毒海鲜粥 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>3个小窍门就能熬出软糯鲜香

说起粥,一方水米养一方人,北方人朴实,俺们喝的都是什么棒子面、小米粥、大米粥、高级一点的就是八宝粥……,粥作为主食,饱腹才是第一目的。

 

南方人精明,饮食细致,粥汤的口感和材料超过了它的本质,最有名的要数广式粥,粥的种类成百上千,皮蛋瘦肉粥、水鱼粥、海鲜粥、鸡肉粥……数不胜数,让人惊叹。

 

其实俺们北方沿海地区,物产丰富不比别人差,可能是个性使然,好像很少人去做海鲜粥、肉粥,大家千百年来规规矩矩喝着各样米汤,因为在多数人心目中,海鲜、肉类是副食,粥是主食,它俩界定明显,不能混为一谈,否则就是胡吃海菜海鲜粥 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>3个小窍门就能熬出软糯鲜香,就拿今天的这个粥来说吧,受到了我家人的一致鄙夷,我家太后说我浪费一锅粥,也浪费了那些好材料海鲜粥 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>3个小窍门就能熬出软糯鲜香,其实这粥的味道挺好啊,你们只是不能接受新事物而已海鲜粥 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>3个小窍门就能熬出软糯鲜香

 

 

 

原料:大米、大海蟹一只、鲜虾5只、贝丁5只、葱姜适量、白酒1小勺、盐适量、香油适量

 

做法:

1、大米淘洗干净,放入砂锅,倒入清水浸泡半天,水中加少许盐和几滴香油拌匀

2、螃蟹清洗干净,揭去蟹壳,去掉鳃切成小块,鲜虾清洗干净挑去虾线,贝丁清洗干净

3、加入1小勺白酒和1小勺盐,并撒上切碎的葱末姜丝,拌匀后将虾蟹和贝丁腌制半小时

4、砂锅上火,大火烧开转小火,将大米煮至开花粘稠

5、将腌制过的虾蟹下入锅中,小火再熬煮10分钟即可关火,关火前2分钟将贝丁放入,最后出锅前撒些葱姜末

 

小贴士:

1、煮好粥要选好米,我吃过的米中,最好的要数哈尔滨的亲戚送的大米,人家专门到五常托人买的,比超市里买来的五常大米好吃百倍,平时我们家都是用它和普通大米1:1掺和,也是香得不得了。所以熬粥最好选用东北大米,非常香啊

 

2、煮的方法对,让粥的味道更出彩:即使是家里平常熬粥也要事先泡米,只有米吸收了充足水分,熬出的粥才会软糯,加入少许盐和香油,让粥的口感更香滑

 

3、海鲜一定要够新鲜,今天这个螃蟹足有六七两,活蹦乱跳,虾也是,只有新鲜的材料才能煮出最鲜美的粥,粥煮至开花才能放海鲜,贝丁最后放,因为贝丁不耐火,煮的时间长了就会变黄变硬影响口感
