连夜的走路,遇到一只可爱的小兔纸[兔子],抱起来玩,然后被她那无辜的小白牙给咬了,血流不止去了医院,医生说必须打狂犬疫苗,惊醒(果然应了那句话“梦里走遍千山万水,醒来发现身在原地,好累油豆腐酿肉 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>拥有惊艳滋味的手工菜),哪位大仙给解解梦啊,啥米意思

 

油豆腐酿肉 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>拥有惊艳滋味的手工菜

 

 

太后用来炖白菜剩下一点油豆腐,被我拿来做了这个,没想到最后的成品实在让人惊喜,大家连呼不够吃,试试吧,让你惊艳的好滋味油豆腐酿肉 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>拥有惊艳滋味的手工菜

 

原料:

油豆腐20粒、肉馅120克、海米10只、葱姜适量、盐1/2小勺、香油1小勺、花生油1小勺、生抽1/2小勺、蚝油1/2小勺

 

做法:

1、海米放清水中浸泡一会,然后捞出洗净切末、葱姜洗净切末备用。

2、肉馅里加入盐1/2小勺、香油1小勺、花生油1小勺、生抽1/2小勺、水2小勺搅拌均匀

3、在肉馅里加入切末的海米和葱姜,搅拌均匀即成肉馅

4、油豆腐上开一小口,将里面掏出成空心,将调好的肉馅塞入,直到全部肉馅用完

5、将酿好的油豆腐摆入盘中,放蒸锅中蒸7分钟至熟,然后将蒸出的汤汁滤出,加入半小勺蚝油搅拌均匀

6、酿好的豆腐放入锅中,加入调好味的汤汁,煮至汤汁收干即可

 

小贴士:

1、油豆腐可以用买来的,也可以自己做,炸豆腐之前要先把豆腐放锅里蒸熟凉透、切块入锅炸,这样豆腐就不容易碎,很容易炸成方块

2、临时兴起做了这菜,随手加了点海米,也很好吃,若是用鲜虾味道一定更棒

3、海米本身很咸,所以要浸泡一会,而且调馅的时候要减少盐的用量

4、这道菜费手工的地方就是挖空心豆腐和酿肉馅,用小刀和小勺就非常省事

5、肉馅要尽可能多滴往里塞,吃的时候你会发现里面是个肉丸油豆腐酿肉 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>拥有惊艳滋味的手工菜

6、最后的汤汁是为了让油豆腐的外皮也有滋味,嫌麻烦的也可以省略掉
