原来昨天是重阳啊,昨晚看朋友博客才知道美味黄桃派 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>水果做美食~~~~,我是个火星人。。。。。其实吧,主要原因是我家那两位从来不过重阳节,他俩比较忌讳这个,我爹说他还是个小伙子,20年后再过这个节也来得及,怎么会有这样怪咖的爹娘美味黄桃派 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>水果做美食~~~~(不用我买礼物,我应该开心么?)

其实我不是个喜欢水果的人,小时候我家太后经常拿着一根香蕉(或者苹果或其他)追我半条街,呵呵,这点应该算基因突变了,我家二老是典型的水果筐子,也曾创下一天吃N斤葡萄的记录,人家血糖正常没办法美味黄桃派 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>水果做美食~~~~不过要是把水果做成点心或是菜,那我肯定能多吃点,水果真的很神奇的东西,做成点心后瞬间闪闪惹人爱美味黄桃派 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>水果做美食~~~~

 

 

材料:黄油60克、中粉90克、糖25克、牛奶25毫升、鸡蛋20克、黄桃罐头1瓶(这些原料能做一个六寸的派,我适量加了一些,又做了两个小的)

 

做法

1、蛋液加入牛奶,加入糖搅打均匀备用

2、从冰箱里拿出来的黄油无需软化直接切成小块,然后筛上大部分的中粉,用勺子压碎黄油,用手把黄油和面粉搓成小粒。

3、然后加入蛋奶液和剩余的面粉,用手轻轻揉成面团,放入保鲜膜里,冰箱冷藏1小时。

4、然后拿出用擀面棍擀成比派盘稍大一点的饼皮,揭去饼皮上的保鲜膜,把饼皮放在派盘上,用手轻轻压平后,沿派盘边把多余的饼皮拿下。

5、用牙签在饼皮上叉些洞,放置10分钟。罐头黄桃去汁切成小片,铺在饼皮上,再倒1小勺汁

6、烤箱200度预热,中层烤20分钟左右即可

 

小贴士:

1、黄油无需事先软化,直接切成小块即可,然后压碎和面粉搓成颗粒状

2、只需将黄油、面粉和蛋奶液揉成面团就行,千万不要揉得很均匀,有黄油的颗粒没有关系,这样做出来的饼皮才会有层次

3、放入冰箱冷藏后,便于面团的擀压,更好操作

4、一定要用牙签扎一些小孔,防止派皮受热鼓起来

5、烤制过程中,看到派皮表面上色后,即可移到烤箱下层或加盖锡纸,防止上色过度影响美观。
