最近诸事不顺,身心疲惫,生平从未有过的失眠竟也青睐我荔浦芋烧牛肉 <wbr> <wbr>搭配出的超下饭美味,家里人都说我是太久没休息的缘故,我自己心里清楚这是上了岁数的表现,少年不识愁滋味,从没想过梦里也能哀伤(其实人挺是个矛盾综合体的,有时候生存的第一需求就能令你开怀,有时候将世界放在脚下你也不会快乐荔浦芋烧牛肉 <wbr> <wbr>搭配出的超下饭美味)

伤春悲秋根本不是诗人的气质,而是闲来无事的无病呻吟,反正我被他们鄙视惯了,上菜才是正经荔浦芋烧牛肉 <wbr> <wbr>搭配出的超下饭美味

 

还是暑假中的一篇,我已好久没有新做,因为找不出空闲,那次的一只荔浦芋,做了花生薏米芋圆,剩下的和牛肉一起烧了,味道很是不错,不过我想如果换成五花肉的话,恐怕更出彩,我一向都是肥肉的推崇者,虽然不利于保持身材,但淀粉质的食材和肉类一向是绝配,瞬间秒杀米饭、馒头、面条等一切主食。

 

芋头、山药、土豆、红薯、莲藕……排骨、牛肉、羊肉、鸡鸭、五花,请自由选择搭配出无敌下饭菜荔浦芋烧牛肉 <wbr> <wbr>搭配出的超下饭美味

 

 

原料:牛肉350克、荔浦芋350克、八角1个、白酒1小勺、茶叶1小勺、白糖1小勺、盐1小勺、老抽1小勺、生抽1小勺、葱姜适量、油适量

 

做法

1、荔浦芋去皮,切成大小合适的块状,牛肉清洗干净,也切成块状,葱姜切片、切段,茶叶用热水沏开

2、锅里放适量油,油热后,将葱姜、八角下锅爆香,然后放入牛肉翻炒几下,加入1小勺白酒,加入1小勺生抽和老抽上色

3、入茶叶水和开水没过牛肉,大火烧开转小火炖1小时,等到牛肉八成烂时,加入1小勺盐,加入1小勺糖,芋头放入锅中,翻炒均匀

4、然后盖上锅盖,小火焖至芋头和牛肉熟烂即可关火,出锅即可食用

 

小贴士:

1、牛肉在使用之前要用清水浸泡一段时间,泡出肉中的血水,清洗干净后再烹制,这样做出的牛肉口感好

2、加入白酒有去腥提鲜的作用,加入老抽给牛肉上色,加入生抽给牛肉提味

3、牛肉不容易炖烂,加入茶叶水一来可以加快牛肉的成熟,二来可以去除牛肉的膻腥,让牛肉更美味

4、牛肉炖至八成熟时放入芋头即可,芋头是淀粉质食材,如果放早了,最后就会变成不成形的糊状
