感冒已经整整一周,此时的嗓音真的好性感秘制香扎肉 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>嗜肉族不能错过的极品大肉,但我还是坚持不吃任何药,因为我坚信已经过了那个点了,身体免疫系统的能力也上升了N个层次,下次的流感一定会为我绕行,今日周三,虽然大风狂沙,但透过窗户传递来的是阳光的正能量……

天冷了,多吃点肉吧,今天的这道香扎肉我可是想了好久的,没米、没时间去旅游的童鞋都看过来,这西塘让众人魂牵梦绕的香扎肉,咱自己在家也可以做,超好次秘制香扎肉 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>嗜肉族不能错过的极品大肉,再次感谢太后大冬天的出去给我割马莲,这是亲妈啊秘制香扎肉 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>嗜肉族不能错过的极品大肉

 

 

原料:带皮五花肉、粽子叶、马莲草、料酒、白酒、葱姜、八角、桂皮、花椒、醋、老抽、生抽、盐、糖 

 

做法:

1、干的粽叶和马莲放水中浸泡一夜,然后清洗几遍至干净

2、五花肉清洗一下,然后切成3x6厘米左右的大肉块,放水中浸泡10分钟,水中加入料酒半杯

3、粽叶的硬梗剪去,从尖的一头开始包裹肉,包好后用马莲捆扎,依次包完所有的肉

4、将肉放进高压锅,加入1小勺白酒,加入八角、桂皮、花椒、香叶各少许,加入葱段姜片,加入醋1小勺、老抽1大勺、生抽2小勺,加入盐2小勺、糖2小勺,加入一碗清水,放置半小时

5、半小时后打开高压锅,炖肉30分钟,关火后焖1小时即可

 

小贴士:

1、晒干的粽叶要提前浸泡至回软,这样粽叶柔软不容易断裂

2、五花肉块切的大小要合适,不能太小也不能太大,大约3厘米宽、6厘米长的肉块就很合适

3、五花肉块放进加了料酒的清水中浸泡起去腥的作用,时间不用太长,10分钟足够

4、用马莲捆绑粽子肉的时候,不能太紧也不能太松,太松容易散开,太紧则不容易入味

5、加了调料后,先不着急开火,放置半小时,让调料的味道更多渗入肉中

6、关火后一定要焖一段时间,一来让肉更酥烂,二来炖出的肉更入味
