Another company that is mentioedn is IBM. It all started with a guy by the name of Top Watson, who worked for a competing company called NCR, got fired by the CEO they also. He got so mad that he said I am gonna start a company that will defeat you someday. So you see, welcome frustration. I get to tell you. As you go through the next thirty days you may have some point you feel frustrated. Or you will feel upset. Or You feel Gosh, you know I don’t it is gonna work or last for ever. Commit and follow through. I got to tell you something. When I got frustrated I learn to get excited, I learn to littlely condition myself so that frustration create excitement. You know why? ‘cause when I got frustrated, I know I am about to break through. It means my brain is searching. If I get confused about something, it says I will never learn this. My response to that is hey I am about to learn something. ‘cause my brain is searching for a new answer. If it keep search, it gonna come up with one. I believe emotions many of us consider it negative like frustration, rejection, pain can be a great friend ‘cause they can drive us to success. You know what? I think one of the things that happen to a lot of people when they get successful is they get super ??  It’s like they work so hard for the success. They now find all of a sudden they don’t change, they don’t value the behavior. They are kind of want to stay the way things are. They are getting incredible conserved and they miss out of the juice of life.  Stay out of trap. Listen when people succeed, they turn to the party. When they fail, they turn to ponder. Now the pondering many times creates the great success in life. (325)

Just remember, it is impossible to fail. If you try something, and it doesn’t work. Just try something else and learn something from what you just did. As long as you learn something, you’ve succeeded. Something else I want to remind you of as well. And that sometimes people say, Wow, gosh. I am doing these exercises. I know I need to be better shape physically, emotionally and psychologically, don’t feel confident. But I want to work on my career. I want to take my business to next level. I want a business program. Let me tell what. Personal power is one of the most powerful business programs. ‘cause it dealt with the source of all your business. It is you. (120)

When you are in better shape, you settling your negotiate more effectively. When you are in better shape, your creativity flows. When you are in better shape, you better manage your people. That’s why if you saw the inf  which how as soon you got to this program. Then you saw people like for example Bill Farway. Farway industrious endorsing this program, saying this is one of the best business that ever went through. Oh, that’s because Bill became a billionaire before the age of forty all by using this personal power type of techniques, such way a big endorser. And for the last ten years I’ve consult with him using these tools. And they got 40,000 employees through the room which is one of his companies. So I want you know this is very business audient. Or Bill Nixon, you know he is a turn around expect for major corporations. You know in the early eighty he took on a major corporation that is losing a million dollars a day. And turned it around so that within four years was doing more than 4 billion dollars revenue in the highest net vet turn in the history in the company. So I want you to know that these people endorse it ‘cause it works. If you are a little bit skapital , I understand that. But understand changing yourself is the first pace to change your career to change your business. So first space, make you a better leader. And those are the tools here. And you also find including here some of the tools I model from General Swart Kof for example. I have had the privilege now being with Mr. Gorbachev. And as I pull tools to him I have included some of those tools in this program as well. Some of them are very simple. So what’s my message here? My message is let’s you and I begin a journey now, a journey in the personal power. Will you able to think what you want, take action immediately, model the most successful people. Know weather it was working, keep changing your approach until you succeed. With that kind of persistence, with that kind of commitment nothing can stop you. I am here to tell you from experience. My life is now so far beyond what my wildest dream used to be is a joke. And the difference is not intelligence is not so much skill, is a few distinctions and massive action, and the ability to manage my emotions so I don’t fear the failures any more. I offer you the opportunity. So commit for the next thirty days, to listen to one tape a day. It’s gonna take you maybe forty five minutes and maybe fifteen minutes to do your exercise. But please every single day. And by doing this cancertily one day after another after another you will get the power of momentum working for you. And you will begin to stake your success one after another until it totally becomes habits. That’s the whole purpose of this program why design it this way. So you develop a habit that in the future takes you to direction you want to go effortlessly. So it’s critical not to miss a day. So how was it set up? You will work Monday to Friday with you and I communicate together. And then Saturday and Sunday you can listen to your sprimnors and then Monday to Friday again, all the way through to the thirty-day plan. If you will do that each day and fuel your brain and emotions in your mind and you allow yourself to be challenged. Thirty days from now, you will have a sense of power and pride. This is beyond what you expect right now and I imagine that you have high expectations. So let’s get to it. After every one in these tapes I am gonna give you an exercise you actually use your person power, you use something you’ve learned, some of the exercises will be really simple. But remember most people fail in life because they major and minor things. Most people don’t realize that the things they are making is real big are important. The success is simple. But it does require certain consistent things each day. So here is your assignment today. And I want you to take these assignments and please do it. (736)

You should have in front of you what we call a success journal. For most of my adult life I have been keeping journals. That is each day, and sometimes every other day various times. Writing down the things I’ve learned from books from tapes from going to seminar so I could capture those things. Because I’ve find out long ago that all you do is hear something. Within three days you forget eight percent of them. That’s why listening to something again and again is so useful. In addition, I’ve found that if you listen to something and you write down certain key elements of it. Your memory attention will go up as much as 75 to 90 percent. Plus, I believe if your life is worth living it’s worth recording. So I challenge you to really keep a journal. And we are gonna have you do a assignment’s journal, but you also over these next thirty days might write your thought. That’s about how you are doing each day. What you’ve learned. What you are excited about. What break through your having. This is the way it recorded. Otherwise it’s like your children. I know what the many times people come by and say, gosh your son is really growing. And I am not around them so much so I don’t see as much as other people do. But I take a look I go I guess you are right. By having journals I can see how much I’ve grown and you will be able to see how much you’ve grown. I can go back years ago seeing my goals were the kinds of things I was remembering. Just jams of material from people to share with me what would make the difference for their success. And I can read it again and began to apply it. So please keep this success journal for yourself. You lies in anyway you want. But here is what I want you to start with. Right now as this tape ends I want to do your first assignment, really simple. Remember I told you, the way to build muscle so that you will really strong. Start small and build. So we will start with something really simple. I want you to think of two actions you’ve been putting off. Two things you should do, two things you need to do, but you keep putting off. Maybe it’s a phone call or two. Maybe it’s somebody you’ve had some poor communication with and you need to clean it up, you are not doing it. Maybe it’s just going in the house and cleaning it up right now. Maybe it’s some kind of poor you need to do. I don’t know what it is. But right now I want you to think of what two actions you’ve been putting off, that if you would take them now it will increase the quality of your life either. Simply we are just increase the quality of yourself esteem, ‘cause you feel good ‘cause it get you follow through or maybe even more powerfully. (517)

What two decisions or two actions you could take right now that would immediately change the quality of life. Maybe it’s to stop smoking. Maybe it’s to limit certain kinds of food. But if you are gonna do something right now those are gonna change your life what are those two actions. And what I want you to do is decide. Remember to decide means to cut off any other possibility to resolve once and for all this is it. There is tremendous power in that. Start with something small of you want and then build. But right now write down two decisions you’ve made. And then take actions on them immediately I mean right now. I mean even before I finish talking here. stop the tape. Pick up the phone and make that call you’ve been waiting for. Do not put it off for another minute. If you are in your car, pick up your car phone. I don’t care what it takes. There is power in momentum. I am a big believer with them. Once you set a goal once you make a decision you should immediately in that moment do something, to start making progress towards you. That way you can’t cap up wait on or get caught up or lose your momentum. So please do it now. I know not all things can be done right now. maybe something you have to do tomorrow morning. But whatever you gonna do make the decision and commit to follow through and then check in tomorrow. ‘cause this is first step to grabbing your personal power. And remember there is no way to fail. You might suspect gosh, what if I do this it doesn’t work, what if I try this it doesn’t happen. What if I scroll up? Then scroll up big. Go for it. Do a big scroll up. ‘cause you will learn something. Hey remember. Success in life is a result of good judgement. Good judgement is usually a result of experience. Experience is usually a result of bad judgement. So if you get some bad judement it doesn’t work out you will learn something. It will make you more successful in the future. Just go for it. Don’t be afraid, make it happen. You may say well, that’s such a little thing to do I will do it later. If it’s little then do it now. Don’t put it off, ok? I’m on your side. Hey what I’m trying to be here for you is a good coach. You know I don’t care how successful you are we all need a coach. And I have lots of coaches around me. Life by yourselves we can’t dref sometimes, not always but sometimes. Hey think about it. Gravity is automatic. You don’t have to work on gravity. But if you want to succeed you get to excel your will and take action against gravity. In the absence of light there was darkness. So what I am trying to be is a good coach comes by and hand you the map so they are already in your hands so strike these thing. Take action now. That’s the power of this. So follow through on your exercise, open right now you success journal write down two decisions you are gonna make two new actions you are gonna take that could change your life. and then tomorrow we will get together again for thirty minutes. And during those thirty minutes I am gonna show you what is the controlling force in your whole life. How to absolutely understand what makes you do what you do, and how to change it. Till then follow through. Live today with passion. I’ll see you tomorrow. (622)
