新生军训,下了两天雨后便是清一色的大晴天剁椒子姜滑肉片 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>新姜季不能错过的美味,不过天气还是很凉快的,我一直觉得站军姿能锻炼人的意志力,这些孩子从小娇生惯养,不知道“锄禾日当午”也不知“心忧炭贱愿天寒”,在他们的世界里,没有人间疾苦,军训不能说明什么,但至少让他们经历下体力的痛剁椒子姜滑肉片 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>新姜季不能错过的美味

姜大批量上市,价格还是很便宜的,我买的1块5一斤(大白菜还2块5呢剁椒子姜滑肉片 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>新姜季不能错过的美味),腌了一部分,剩下的可以慢慢吃,最近天不太正常,冷热起伏大,每次我感觉不太舒服时,早晨喝一碗姜汤基本就好了,所以传说中的病毒性流感也没找上我剁椒子姜滑肉片 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>新姜季不能错过的美味(冬吃萝卜夏吃姜,不用大夫开药方)

 

新姜很嫩,尤其是一些姜芽子,炒着吃也很不错,超级下饭的了,不过对姜免疫的某些人绕行吧

原料:

嫩姜150克、猪肉300克、剁椒1小勺、盐1/2小勺、白酒1/2小勺、水淀粉3小勺、海鲜酱油1/2小勺、葱少许、油适量

 

做法:

1、猪肉清洗一下,切成厚薄适中的肉片,加入盐1/2小勺、白酒1/2小勺抓拌均匀,然后加入3小勺水淀粉给肉片上浆,

2、姜洗净,切成和肉片差不多大小的薄片,葱切末备用

3、锅中放油,油热后,将浆好的肉片下锅滑炒,肉片变白时,加入1/2小勺海鲜酱油给肉片上色提味,加入剁辣椒翻炒均匀,然后关火,将肉片盛出

4、另起锅放少许油,将姜片下锅翻炒,等到姜片断生,将事先超好的肉片放入锅中一起翻炒均匀,即可关火

 

小贴士:

1、挑选一块比较好的猪肉(里脊肉是上选,可惜我没买到,买了块靠近外脊的瘦肉,炒出来也挺好吃的)

2、肉片要想入味,就要事先腌制,加入白酒起到去腥的作用,肉片要想滑嫩就要上浆,300克肉片放3小勺的水淀粉即可

3、肉片要先炒好,然后盛出备用,避免肉长时间炒制,使肉的口感变硬变柴

4、姜要尽量切薄片,想吃姜味重一点的直接炒制即可,如果不想吃那么重的姜味,可以将切好的姜片在清水中浸泡一段时间,这样可以大大去除姜的辛辣味

5、剁椒量虽少,但给这道菜加入了独特的风味,真的很好吃,也很下饭
