连续下了三天雨,我感觉自己要长毛了有木有,这天真的很邪乎啊,要不就是天天大太阳晒毒你,一个月木有一滴水,要不就是连续多少天下雨各应你,潮乎乎的让心情跌落谷底,你是不是到了更年期啊电锅三步搞定美味酱牛肉 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>懒人上班族有妙招,最近我干啥都提不起精神,郁闷透了,还是很久的存货……

上班族电锅酱牛肉(只需三个步骤:浸泡——焯水——炖煮,好简单电锅三步搞定美味酱牛肉 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>懒人上班族有妙招

 

 

原料:牛腱肉、葱姜、八角、花椒、桂皮、香叶、茶叶、老抽、糖、盐、白酒等

做法

1、牛腱子肉放入清水中浸泡几个小时,其中更换几次水,直到水变得清澈,没有血渗出为止

2、找一块纱布,将八角、茶叶、桂皮、香叶、花椒等香料放入,用线封口

3、锅中加入清水,水中加入半小杯白酒,将牛肉放入,开火煮,煮至牛肉颜色变白,体积缩小即可关火,然后将牛肉取出,用凉水冲洗干净备用

4、电锅里放入牛肉,加入切片的葱姜,倒入一大勺白酒,加入一大勺糖,放入老抽和适量盐,最后将缝好的料包放入

5、往锅中加入适量开水,盖上锅压上阀,定好时间(40分钟)即可,等凉后即可捞出切片

 

小贴士:

1、做酱牛肉首先要选好肉,牛腱子肉是首选,连着点筋的其实最好吃

2、牛肉要事先用清水浸泡,将血丝泡出后,成品味道更好

3、牛肉先飞水然后再过凉,这样做出的牛肉烂而不散,口感极好,加入白酒去腥

4、茶叶、花椒、香叶、桂皮等香料放入自制纱布包里,比铁制的调料盒更容易散发味道

5、加入老抽上色、盐调味,但一定记得加一勺糖,可以使酱牛肉的味道更鲜美
