樱桃大批量上市了~~~~我不知怎么竟然想起了冬天的红富士~~(这种人就应该PIA飞,数一数从去年冬到现在吃了有五个苹果么?),有的时候坚决不碰,没有才开始怀念是我的一贯做法~~~~~(过两天我肯定又该馋草莓了,叹气,不正常啊~~~~~~糖水樱桃 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>初夏季宅生活~~~~~

过去的两天中,我经历了地狱式值班,从早上七点半到晚上九点,本来还有一个同伴的,人家临时有事调班了,不知怎么就剩下了我一个~~~这个屋子向阳还整面墙都是大玻璃,中午头足足有30度啊~~~超级热,有木有!!!我是个被世界遗忘的人啊,有木有!!!此处省略100字糖水樱桃 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>初夏季宅生活~~~~~糖水樱桃 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>初夏季宅生活~~~~~

 

终于挨过了周末,这个学期值班就算告一段落,如今想想都觉得轻松好多,看着窗外那些超短裙的女孩子们,很想把手卷成喇叭状大呼一下~~~~宅女野百合的夏天终于来了~~~╮(╯▽╰)╭

 

开头说过,我是个偏执狂~~~糖水樱桃 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>初夏季宅生活~~~~~,无论对任何事都是,所以当田家哥他们捧着盆吃樱桃的时候,我一点都没感觉,我只吃我想吃的,做我喜欢做的糖水樱桃 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>初夏季宅生活~~~~~

 

本来是要做果酱的,后来想想像我这样的懒人不适合一个个给樱桃去核~~~糖水樱桃 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>初夏季宅生活~~~~~

糖水樱桃(真正无色素、无添加)

 

 

原料:樱桃、水、砂糖、麦芽糖、盐

做法:樱桃去掉梗,清洗几遍,并在淡盐水中浸泡10分钟,清水漂洗(俺现在吃东西比较注意,谁知道打药了没)

称量一下樱桃的重量,加入1/4的砂糖,腌制樱桃一会

砂锅里加入适量的水,在火上加热,水烧开后转小火煮制,直到樱桃变得略微透明,汤汁粘稠即可(这期间我用了大约半小时)

 

注意:不推荐用大樱桃,比小樱桃酸好多硬度也大,价格还贵得多,不适合煮制

水的重量随自己而定,想吃类似于罐头的,水和樱桃比例:1:1即可

想吃类似于糖渍樱桃的,水和樱桃比例1:2, 吃果脯的做好后晒干即可~~糖水樱桃 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>初夏季宅生活~~~~~

还可以加入适量的麦芽糖或蜂蜜,这个随自己喜好

盛樱桃的锅和容器一定要无油,做好的糖水放冰箱里冷藏可以放一个周

想保存更长时间的,可以在煮樱桃的时候挤点柠檬汁
