我家楼上最近又吵得厉害,鸽子笼的隔音效果很差,于是我们一同分享着邻居的喜怒苦乐~~~结婚20年是个啥状态,莫非只剩疲倦和忍受?我家太后说:贫贱夫妻百事哀是真的,艰苦的日子里每件事都让人心衰力竭。老爹说:患难与共是真的,正是因为当时的清苦,所以即使受够还是要携手一生。某田说:过不下去就别忍受,每个人都有选择的权利,即使当时选错了蜜汁酱烤鸭腿 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>三个步骤速成法(观念差别大)

 美味的蜜汁酱烤鸭腿(三步轻松搞定)

 

原料:鸭腿两只、葱姜、蚝油、味极鲜、蜂蜜、甜酱、白酒等

做法

1、鸭腿放入清水中浸泡,将肌肉里的血水浸泡出来,清洗干净,葱姜切丝

2、用牙签在鸭腿表面扎无数个小孔,倒入1勺白酒,加入1勺蚝油、1勺甜酱、1勺味极鲜、2勺蜂蜜、半勺盐,

3、然手用双手给鸭腿做按摩,将葱姜放入,然后盖保鲜膜入冰箱腌制1小时左右

4、将腌制好的鸭腿拿出,烤盘上铺锡纸,将鸭腿放烤盘中,在鸭腿表面刷一层蜂蜜,放入烤箱200度35-40分钟即可

1、鸭子腿买回来后,一定要放入清水中浸泡,将血水泡出,否则烤好的鸭腿膻腥重,味道不好

2、加入适量白酒可以起到去腥提鲜的作用,葱姜的作用同理

3、用牙签在鸭腿表面扎孔,是为了腌制时让调料汁更快渗入鸭肉里,更省时间,若省略这一步,至少要腌制半天以上

4、白酒:蚝油:甜酱:味极鲜:蜂蜜:盐=1:1:1:1:2:0.5+葱姜,这个比例我试验多次,用来烤肉、烤鸡翅啥的味道不错,家里没有烤肉酱的童鞋可以用这个(甜面酱加入真心好吃,老祖宗真灵啊,烤鸭和甜酱素来是绝配蜜汁酱烤鸭腿 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>三个步骤速成法
