红枣糕     自制枣泥做蛋糕

关于昨天的流血事件,我感到无比的遗憾,好歹我握菜刀也有二十年的历史(是握不是耍红枣糕 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>自制枣泥做蛋糕),但我千不该万不该,不该拿菜刀去撬罐头,哎,鲜血的教训啊,我现在打字都是一指禅啊红枣糕 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>自制枣泥做蛋糕红枣糕 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>自制枣泥做蛋糕,悲催啊~~~最近确实点背

 

红枣糕 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>自制枣泥做蛋糕

 

 红枣蛋糕(自家出品更放心)

 

我们家一直很爱吃红枣蛋糕,但外边买的蛋糕那不是红枣做的,红枣香精加焦糖色加甜味剂有木有。。。。。所以,还是自家出品更放心啊红枣糕 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>自制枣泥做蛋糕
 

 

枣泥原料:红枣、白绵糖

做法:大红枣清洗干净,砂锅里放入清水

水是红枣的三倍,开火煮红枣

直到砂锅里的水靠干,红枣软烂即可关火

红枣稍凉后,就撕去枣皮,去掉枣核

将枣肉放进保鲜袋,用擀面杖轻压,细腻的枣泥就做好了,

可以加适量白糖增加甜味,这时的枣泥就可以食用了

如果做月饼馅的话,还需用油炒制,做蛋糕的话就免去油炒这步

 

注意:煮红枣的时候,会出现白色泡沫状物质,只要滴几滴色拉油白色絮状物即可消失,水又清澈起来

蛋糕原料:枣泥100克、鸡蛋三个、砂糖50克、白醋几滴、低筋粉120克,色拉油30克、白芝麻适量

做法:鸡蛋三个打入无水无油的容器里,

加几滴白醋,用打蛋器打发,加入枣泥和色拉油搅拌均匀

加入过筛的低筋粉搅拌均匀,放入方形烤盘,上面撒白芝麻

烤箱170度预热,25分钟即可,拿出切块

还可以从中间切片,抹上枣泥,即成自制夹心枣泥蛋糕

 不介意的还可以加点无铝泡打
