我的确不是个忧伤的人,但不止有一个医生说我肝火郁结、情志失调~~~~~那天体检后,又一个医生说我应该控制自己的情绪,缓解一下压力~~~~说给老爹太后听,笑倒人家,“你小小年纪,不愁吃不愁喝,啥都不缺,闲的是吧???”香菇腊肠焖饭 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>懒人快手煲仔饭

香菇腊肠焖饭(懒人煲仔饭~~~~)

 

原料:香菇、广式腊肠、胡萝卜、姜、大米、老抽、料酒、盐、糖等调味料

 

做法

香菇洗净,摘去根蒂备用,胡萝卜去皮,切小块,姜切丝

腊肠放锅里蒸一下,拿出来切片或者切块都可以

锅里放一点点油,不需要太多,润下锅就可以,姜丝下锅爆香

下腊肠翻炒几下,下入香菇和胡萝卜翻炒,加入适量老抽调色,加入少许料酒、一点糖、一点盐和鸡粉调味

将事先浸泡半小时的大米,放进电饭煲里煮饭,在水里滴几滴香油,做出的饭特别香

 

等到电饭煲里的水煮到看不见的时候,把炒好的料倒进去,盖上盖子继续煮,直到煮饭键弹起后,继续保温15分钟,用铲子将菜饭搅拌均匀即可(爱吃锅巴饭的可以在煮饭键弹起后再按下,再煮一段时间,底部会形成一层锅巴~~~)

这个焖饭是不是特别简单、特别方便呢,其实最简单的方法就是省略炒料的那一步,在米饭刚煮不久后,直接将生的菜料放电饭煲里,再淋上料汁,和大米一起煮熟即可(我语文表达能力差,这段话自己也看不懂撒~~~香菇腊肠焖饭 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>懒人快手煲仔饭

可以把胡萝卜换成青菜,或者其他任何可以做煲仔饭的材料,当然,还可以打一个鸡蛋进去,哇咔咔~~~

如果你没有专门煲仔的砂锅,不要轻易尝试,因为很容易把锅烧裂~~~(血与泪的教训啊~~)
