使人连吃三碗饭的一道菜---酱肉蒸蛋

 

 

西芹百合

 

这道菜,做法相当的简单,味道却特别的怡人,只用到一种调味料,盐,

味道却层出不穷,清香四溢,看着这清新的绿,素雅的白,心情格外明

朗~

 

 

 

 

西芹

含有大量的胶质性碳酸钙,容易被人体吸收,西芹对心脏不错,有充沛的钾。

清热,平肝,利水,健胃,降血压,降血脂。

近年来的研究还表明,多吃芹菜还可以增强人体的抗病能力。国外科学家发现,

由于芹菜中富含水分和纤维,并含有一种能使脂肪加速分解、消失的化学物质,

因此是减肥的最佳食品。

 

百合

百合除含有淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪及钙、磷、铁维生素B1、B2、C,泛酸、
胡萝卜素等营养素外,还含有一些特殊的营养成分,如秋水仙碱等多种生物
碱。这些成分综合作用于人体,不仅具有良好的营养滋补之功,而且还对秋

季气候干燥而引起的多种季节性疾病有一定的防治作用。百合,味甘微苦,

性平,入心肺经,在药用上有润肺止咳、养阴消热、清心安神之效。

 

润肺止咳、宁心安神,美容养颜。百合含有许多具有活性的生物碱,食用百合

有助于增强体质,抑制肿瘤细胞的生长,缓解放疗反应.


减肥去脂美容养生菜---西芹百合

 

 

材料:

西芹 半根 300克
百合2-3个 100克
胡萝卜一小段
50克

步骤:

1 将芹菜拉去背上的丝,如果容易拉断,说明芹菜很嫩,

2 将芹菜焯水,然后将芹菜切成小块,将所有的材料处理小,

将锅烧热,先入胡萝卜炒个大半分钟,

4 然后倒入芹菜与百合翻炒1分钟,加点盐和鸡精,翻炒几下,出锅。趁热食用。
