这道菜,非常的美味,

说的严重点,那叫让人爱不释手,

昨天做好,尝了下,我便连吃了3个,

今天又做了一次,分享给邻居阿姨吃了,

她说:没想到马兰头还可以这样吃啊,味道真当好,小孩子肯定很喜欢的!

[马兰头]

性味:甘、平、微寒,无毒。

成分:含蛋白质、脂肪、维生素c、有机酸。

功用:清热止血,有抗菌消炎作用。适用于吐血鼻衄,急性肝炎,咽喉、

扁桃体炎,腮腺炎和乳腺炎等化脓性炎症。

材料与步骤:


春笋1只   窝窝头7个   肉末70克   马兰头220克左右(去除了老叶和根蒂)


 

1 马兰头摘去老叶子和根蒂,用清水至少洗3遍。

2 将笋焯水,切成小丁,将马兰头焯水(开水下锅,焯15秒钟就可以了)将

马兰头切碎备用;

3 将窝窝头入锅蒸软,水开后蒸个3分钟就又软又热了;

4 将锅烧热,倒油,稍微多点油,因为笋和马兰头都是很吸油的蔬菜;油冒

烟后倒入肉末翻炒,加一点料酒去腥,然后倒入笋丁同炒,翻炒几下后倒入

马兰头翻炒,炒个半分钟即可撒盐和鸡精,炒匀关火出锅,

5 将炒好的料用勺子兜到窝窝头里,趁热食用。一次3个即可,不要吃太多。

制作心得:

1 马兰头焯水时间一定不能长,10-15秒就够了,因为很容易成熟,后期还要用来炒;

2 马兰头是野地里生的,表面比较脏,一定要认真的反复清洗,摘去腐烂和发黄的叶

子,根蒂很硬的也要摘去;

3 笋一定要焯水,这样对身体好,口感也会不涩;

4 一次不要吃多了,马兰头是凉性的.
