今天下了一整天雨可可双色布丁 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>清凉夏日治愈系甜品~~,午饭时接了两个同事的电话,竟然问了相同的话:你还好么,我们刚睡醒,需要知道昨晚大家是不是都安全到家了?我晕,亲们,你们一个个都爬着回去,滴酒未沾的我当然是自己回家了,治安还算好啊~~不过7个人喝两箱啤酒还是太可怕了可可双色布丁 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>清凉夏日治愈系甜品~~。(暑假第一天就这样过去了可可双色布丁 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>清凉夏日治愈系甜品~~

 

 

可可双色布丁 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>清凉夏日治愈系甜品~~

 

 

 

 双色双味布丁(夏日治愈系美食,你我值得拥有可可双色布丁 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>清凉夏日治愈系甜品~~

 

 

原料:鸡蛋2个、牛奶250毫升、糖35克、吉利丁2片、即溶可可粉10克

做法

1、鸡蛋打入盆中,加入30克白糖,搅打均匀至蛋液发泡

2、牛奶加热至80度,然后晾凉至温热(30度),倒入蛋液中搅打均匀

3、蛋奶液过筛,倒入容器中,只需倒入容器的一半量即可,然后放入烤盘中

4、往烤盘中加凉水,水要没过蛋液的一半,放入160度预热的烤箱蒸烤30分钟

5、吉利丁片放入冷水中浸泡,160克的开水溶解可可粉和5克白糖,然后将泡软的吉利丁片放入可可溶液中搅拌至溶化,冷却至室温

6、将烤好的布丁拿出,冷却凝固后,将可可溶液倒在布丁上,冰箱冷藏至凝固即可

 

小贴士:

1、加热的牛奶一定要凉至室温才能倒入鸡蛋中

2、蛋奶液过筛后再蒸烤,烤出的布丁更细腻更光滑

3、布丁要用蒸烤的方式,所以烤盘里要加入大量的水,达到一种边蒸边烤的效果,这样做好的布丁才会嫩

4、吉利丁有腥味,放入凉水中浸泡就可以去除这种腥味,而且溶解得更均匀

5、可可布丁液在常温是液态的,冷藏后就会凝固得很结实

可是超级简单、超级清凉的,你值得拥有可可双色布丁 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>清凉夏日治愈系甜品~~

 

 

需要准备:绿豆、百合、冰糖、膳魔师保温杯

可可双色布丁 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>清凉夏日治愈系甜品~~

绿豆百合事先用水浸泡一夜


可可双色布丁 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>清凉夏日治愈系甜品~~

放进锅子里,炉火上加热5分钟

杯里事先放入热水,然后倒出,这叫预热可可双色布丁 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>清凉夏日治愈系甜品~~

然后把烧开的绿豆百合汤倒入

加入适量冰糖,拧上盖子,焖一个白天(膳魔师焖烧罐的功力非常强大,最适合工作繁忙的上班族,因为绿豆百合即使压力锅也要半小时以上才能煮好啊)
