时光的脚步太匆匆,快得让我来不及眨眼~~~只看见一圈圈的年轮,有的时候很害怕~~~不是因为华发早生也不是觉得容颜渐老,怕的是找不到来时的的路和那些……我所惦念的人,一个夏日的午后,就这样翻开了曾经的日记~~~~紫菜饭卷 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>夏日清爽小食一份

是不是有时候热的不想吃饭,是不是不想进厨房烟熏火燎,我给我朋友的建议是偶尔吃一份寿司~~~~她给我的回答是没有材料难度太大,晕,没有啥技术含量好吧,就把我瞎捣鼓的给你看看,啥才是最亲民的一餐~~~~~

 

紫菜饭卷(随手可得的材料做出清爽套餐)

 

原料:米饭、白醋、糖、黄瓜、胡萝卜、红萝卜、紫菜、虾仁、贝丁、芥末

做法:白醋和糖以1:1的比例混合,加两大勺放进米饭里,搅拌均匀

将蔬菜洗净擦干水分,胡萝卜和黄瓜切成条,红萝卜切蓑衣刀

切好的萝卜用盐、糖、白醋腌制

一张紫菜裁成两半,在其中一半紫菜上面铺上拌好的米饭,放一条黄瓜卷起来

另一张相同做法,然后再取半张紫菜放上米饭和胡萝卜条卷起

三个小饭卷就做好了

取一整张的紫菜,上面铺薄薄一层的米饭,放上三个饭卷,然后卷起来

切成块就可以了,将一人份吃的虾仁和贝丁下开水锅,焯半分钟左右拿出来

做一个芥末的小蘸料,清爽美食即可享用

 

注意:比平时直接卷的饭卷多了个小花样,先做了三个小卷

最后卷的时候,大张紫菜上不要铺太多米饭,否则内容太多不好包也容易散

三个小卷是摞起来的,两个在下、一个在上,最后做出的饭卷才有类似三角形

里面包的东西可以亲变万化,可以是煎鸡蛋,可以是泡菜,什么都可以,看个人喜好

我也做过泡菜的,颜色好看,味道超好,不过那次没拍图片~~~~

虾仁焯水的时间大约在40秒,老了就不脆嫩了

一条脆爽的小萝卜,一小份虾仁和贝丁,还有全素的饭卷,最清爽最亲民的一餐诞生了~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
