当丈夫正在享用他的早餐咖啡时，妻子走到他身后，打了他后脑勺一巴掌。

“我在你裤子口袋里发现了一张纸条。上面写着‘玛丽露’这个名字。”她怒气冲冲地说，“你最好有个解释。”

“冷静点，亲爱的。”男人回答道，“还记得上周我在赛马场吗？那是我押注的那匹马的名字。”

第二天早上，他的妻子悄无声息地走到他面前，又打了他一巴掌。

“这又是为了什么？”他抱怨道。

“你的马昨晚打电话来了。”

A woman came up behind her husband while he was enjoying his morning coffee and slapped him on the back of the head。

“I found a piece of paper in your pants pocket with the name ‘Marylou’ written on it。”she said，furious，“You had better have an explanation。”

“Calm down，honey。”the man replied，“Remember last week when I was at the horse track？That was the name of the horse I bet on。”

The next morning，his wife snuck up on him and smacked him again。

“What was that for？”he complained。

“Your horse called last night。”
