男人在女子发球区

那是一个阳光明媚的早晨。8点不到，在一个繁忙球场的第一洞，我正在进行击球前的挥杆热身，想象着将要打出的那真正一击。

这时，俱乐部会所的高音喇叭里传来刺耳的声音：“请在女子发球区的那位绅士回到男子发球区去，好吗？”

我能感觉到，球场上的每一双眼睛都在看着我。我仍然沉浸在我的挥杆热身中，似乎没有受到干扰。

喇叭里再次宣布：“请女子发球区的男子回到男子发球区去！”

我没理会在高音喇叭叫喊的那个家伙，继续集中注意力练习挥杆。直到那个男人又一次喊道：“请女发球区的那个男人回到男发球区去，好吗？”

我终于停了下来。转过身，双手合在嘴巴上对着高音喇叭大声喊道：“拿麦克风的那个混蛋能不能安静下来，好让我打第二杆！“

注：1）高尔夫球场上的术语“Tee Box”并不是真有一个箱子（Box），而是在草地上的一个矩形区域。这个区域的4边各两个球杆的长度。最前边的那条横线由球场定位，开球不能越过那条线。其它的三条边根据前边以两杆的距离划定。开球位置可以在这个方形区域内的任何地点进行。2）“女子发球区（Women’s Tee）”一般标示为红色（Red Tee）。通常它离球洞比较近，适合女性，或老年人在这个位置打出第一杆。故事中的“我”说他在那里打的是“第二杆”。显然，他根本不懂规则，在那里乱打球。

原文： Teeing Off At The Women's Tee Box

It was a sunny morning，a little before 8:00 AM，on the first hole of a busy course，and I was beginning my pre-shot routine，visualizing my upcoming shot when a piercing voice came over the clubhouse loudspeaker：“Would the gentleman on the women's tee please back up to the men's tee，please。”

I could feel every eye on the course looking at me。I was still deep in my routine，seemingly impervious to the interruption。

Again the announcement：“Would the man on the women's tee please back up to the men's tee，please！”

I simply ignored the guy and kept concentrating，when once more the man yelled：“Would the man on the women's tee please back up to the men's tee，please！”

I finally stopped，turned，cupped my hands and shouted back：“Would the asshole with the microphone kindly keep quiet and let me play my second shot！”
