所谓简易版就是------1,无需烤箱。
我感觉应该尝试多种口味,选择比较随意,果酱,花生酱,炼乳等等,随手拈来。。。。。
两块饼之间夹上自己喜欢的馅料就好了
这个配方共做了大小8片饼饼,面上挤糖浆和巧克力酱,等等。。。

1,泡打粉起到松软作用,介意或没有可以不加。
2,鸡蛋和细糖打散就好无需打发(另有打发的方子以后上)。
3,全部材料混合后如有疙瘩,可将材料过筛就好了,组织还会更细密呢。
4,煎制时全程保持小火。注意翻面。
5,如果不需装饰,两块饼中间夹上喜欢的馅料就可以食用了,或者不夹馅也可以哦。
