荠菜蒸饺

今天,先用鲜嫩的荠荠菜包顿饺子尝个鲜吧.
做法:
1.
2.肉馅中加入葱、姜、盐、料酒、蚝油、胡椒粉、蛋液及少许香油打匀上劲;
3.把荠菜切碎拌入肉馅中;
4.开水烫面,和成团后醒15分钟;
5.分小剂,擀成饺子皮,包入馅料后捏成饺子;
6.屉上摆上切片的胡萝卜(防沾,不摆胡萝卜在屉上刷油也行),将饺子放好,上锅水开后蒸5-6分钟即可。
