小窍门:
1. 牛奶蛋黄液要小火煮制,刚要冒大泡,立即离开火,否则蛋黄就熟了,影响后期的制作;2. 冰淇淋机有差别,请按自家机器操作说明使用;3. 刚做出的冰淇淋软而不能成完好的型,冷冻后食用,口感更佳。
