【飘香酸菜鱼】

主料

        

草鱼一条(二斤四两)        酸菜250g

干辣椒八只   花椒两小勺

蒜三瓣   姜一小块

蛋清一个        料酒一勺

白胡椒粉适量        盐一小勺

淀粉三小勺   葱一小段
