- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose

1/2小勺盐 - 3 bananas,
mashed
3根香蕉 - 3/4 cup white
sugar
3/4杯白糖 - 1 egg, lightly
beaten
1个鸡蛋 - 1/3 cup butter,
melted
1/3杯黄油
Crumb:
- 1/3 cup packed brown
sugar
1/3杯红糖 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 2大勺面粉
- 1/8 teaspoon ground
cinnamon
1/8小勺肉桂粉 - 1 tablespoon
butter
1大勺黄油
2,粉类拌匀
3,混合,无干粉即可,一定是还有颗粒的状态。(这点很重要,过度搅拌会非常影响口感的松软度)
4,红糖,面粉和肉桂粉混合,加入黄油,用手指搓成粗粒状
