乐观思考 <wbr>Think <wbr>Positive
        Think positive and enjoy your Yoga practice every day, so many obstacles will come on your way to distract you and influence your practice, but you have to stand firm, concentrate and just go on with your practice. These obstacles are just to distract your mind, this is also called (Vritti), to come over from this, and you have follow detachment (Vairagya) and continuous practice. This will leads you towards your goal, and the true path of Yoga.

        乐观思考,享受瑜伽每一天。尽管练习的路上障碍重重,常常影响你的练习,但你要意志坚定,坚持练习。所有这些障碍只会侵扰你的思想,它们被称为Vritti。要克服这一切,你须摒弃(梵文Vairagya)它们,坚持习练。如此,你会走向真正的瑜伽之路。

               Always think positive, positivity will take good things for you, and positive attitude will leads you towards your destiny. If always think negative then never can get anything.
              始终乐观地思考。乐观带来美好,乐观引导你走向宿命。悲观会令你一无所获。
