(后附译文)In the modern life we don't have enough time to practice yoga
in the morning , although morning is the best time for yoga
practice. Some people like to attend 6-7pm some kind of difficult
classes, so they can go back home and can have a good sleep!
Especially people like to attend Vinyasa or Astanga workouts,
because after these classes they feel tired and feel that can go
home and have a good sleep but these both styles are very
energetic, and give you strength and more energy, will influence
your sleep.
尽管清晨是最佳的练习时间,但是现代生活使得我们没有足够的时间在早上练习。许多人喜欢参加晚上6-7点的难度课程,之后可以回家睡个好觉。
尤其是喜欢参加流瑜伽和阿斯汤加的人,因为感觉这些课后些许疲惫,可以回家好好睡一觉。但实际上,所有这些活力练习,给予身体力量和能量,因此,会影响睡眠。
But according to my experience evening after 5.30 or 6 need to
practice some gentle kind of Yoga practices, so that your body can
feel peace and calmness, if you practice some difficult workouts
like Astanga, Vinyasa, Energy flow etc. then slowly may you will
suffer from some sort of sleeping disorder.
根据我的经验,晚上5:30-6点后做一些舒缓的练习,身体会感觉舒适平静。如果做阿斯汤加,流瑜伽,能量流等难度练习可能会逐渐导致睡眠失调。
Now maybe you must want to know the reason, the reason is very
simple, while we are practicing Astanga or flow, the energy level
is so high and heart rate, pulse rate is also high. After class you
feel so energetic and that can influence your sleep. If you
practiced some energetic Yoga classes then you must feel full of
energy, in the night you need energy for what ? In the night need
to calm down, relax, and have to feel peaceful so that you can have
a good sleep.
为什么?原因很简单。当我们练习阿斯汤加和流时,身体能态很高,心率和脉搏很快。练习后你会感觉精力旺盛,从而影响入睡。既然做了活力练习,必然精力充沛,可夜间为何要让身体如此兴奋?夜里我们需要平静放松,从而悍然入眠。
