三属性&瑜伽饮食 <wbr>3 <wbr>Gunas <wbr>& <wbr>Yoga <wbr>Diet
       Diet always plays a vital role in any kind of sports, workout. In Yoga also diet is play an important role. Yogic diet should be pure, balanced, and light. Easy to digest and don't make you lazy. Yogic diet always divides through three Gunas of the body. Sattva, Rajas, Tamas.
            无论在哪种运动中,饮食都扮演着重要的角色。在瑜伽习练中, 饮食同样也是重要的一环。瑜伽饮食应当纯净,均衡,清淡,易消化且不会令人倦怠。瑜伽饮食中食物被按照属性分为悦性、变性和惰性3类。

           Once energy takes form, one quality of the three predominates. Thus on an apple tree, some fruits are ripe (sattvic), some are ripening (rajastic) and some are overripe (tamastic). But no matter what quality prevails, an element of each of the other two will always be present as well - parts of the apple will be in all the different stages. The Three Gunas encompass all existence, all actions.
           一旦能量形成,三种属性必有其一占主导地位。比如,同一棵苹果树,有的苹果完全成熟(悦性),有的正在成熟(变性),有的熟过头了(惰性)。但不管哪种属性占主导,其它两种属性与之并存。同一棵苹果树包含全部属性。这三种属性共存于各种形态和行为中。
          

三属性&瑜伽饮食 <wbr>3 <wbr>Gunas <wbr>& <wbr>Yoga <wbr>Diet
In the unmanifested universe, energy has three qualities, known as
无垠宇宙中, 能量具有三种属性:

  1. Sattva (purity):
    悦性食物(纯净):
  •  The purest diet 最纯净的饮食
  • The most suitable one for any serious student of Yoga 最适合虔诚习练者的饮食
  •   Nourishes the body and maintains it in a peaceful state 为身体提供营养,保持平静状态
  •  Calms and purifies the mind, enabling it to function at its maximum potential 镇静,净化头脑,激发潜能
  •   Leads to true health; a peaceful mind in control of a fit body, with a balanced flow of energy between them. 带来真正的健康, 平静的思想, 可控的健康身体和平衡的能量流动.

 

 

  1.  Rajas (activity, passion, the process of change):
      变性食物(令人兴奋,热情, 易变):
  •   very hot, bitter, sour, dry or salty food  过热,过苦,过酸,过咸,过干的食物
  •   destroys the mind-body equilibrium, feeding the body at the expense of the mind
      破坏身体平衡, 以损伤头脑为代价来灌溉身体
  •   too much Rajastic food will over-stimulate the body and excite the passions, making the mind restless and uncontrollable
      过多的变性食物会过分刺激身体,令人兴奋,令头脑不停运转,乃至失控.
  •   eating in a hurry is also considered rajastic
       饥饿时的狼吞虎咽也是变性饮食的表现

3.     3. Tamas (darkness, lazy):
       惰性食物(令人倦怠之物)

  •   A Tamastic Diet benefits neither the mind nor the body.
       惰性食物对身体和大脑均无益.
  •   Prana, or energy is withdrawn, powers of reasoning become clouded and a sense of inertia sets in.
      损伤生命力和能量,推理能力减弱, 易产生惰性
  •   The body's resistance to disease is destroyed and the mind filled with dark emotions, such as anger and greed.
       削弱身体抵抗力, 令人充满消极情绪,如怒气,贪念.
  •   Overeating is also considered tamastic.
      进食过量也是惰性饮食的表现.

 

        If you really want to enjoy the Yoga practice then go with Sattvic Diet and be healthy.
        如果你真的希望享受瑜伽练习, 那么多多进食悦性食物.
