倒箭式 Vipritkarni Mudra (Half Shoulder Stand)

1. Lie down on your supine position, hands straight by the side of the thighs, palms resting on the ground.
2. Now Inhale and raise your legs up and stop at the 30 angle, then again raise up to 60 and then 90 angle.
3. Exhale and bring your legs little towards head so that buttock also will be raised up, then slowly support your buttocks with your hands. Elbows should be placed on the ground, keep legs straight.
4. Keeping the support to the buttocks and straighten your legs parallel to the elbows. then with Inhale take your hips and back down to the ground and then exhales slowly legs come down. and take a rest in Savasana.
Benefits :
- Good for thyroid gland.
- Advantageous in semen and testicles problem.
- It removes the ovary disorders.
- Very useful in dyspepsia,hernia,Visceroptosis.
- Increase blood circulation in the whole body.
- Awaken your kundalini.

Thise suffering from hypertension, cervical problem, during pregnancy, during mensuration do not practice this asana. High blood pressure and heart patients practice this asana after consult with Doctor and Teacher.
