      (后附译文)Practice surya namaskara everyday, but do not practice in the night or after sunset, this can create so many body problems, like insomnia, indigestion etc. In old Yoga books mentioned that practice Surya Namaskara at the time of Sunrise and at the time of Sunset. Do not practice after Sunset. From 5.30 a.m to 17.30-18.00 you can practice,because so many persons don't have time during Sunrise so they can practice anytime during the day but before Sunset and this also differ place to place, because different places have the different time for Sunrise and Sunset, so do according to your place.
     每天练习拜日式,但不要在日落或晚间,不然可能会引起许多问题,例如失眠、消化不良等。瑜伽典籍中说,在日出和日落的时候练习拜日式。日落后不要练习。早5:30--晚5:30至6点之间可以练习拜日式。因为都市人很难在日出的时刻练习,所以白天的时段都可以,只要是日落之前。由于地域不同,各地的日出日落时间各异,因此,根据当地的具体情况选择练习时间即可。
