使人连吃三碗饭的一道菜---酱肉蒸蛋

今天我家无敌兔走马上任了,

这是她的处女作,虽然不是很满意,

但是我相信以后会拍的越来越好的,

小兔我看好你哦! GOGO 加油!

 

昨天和好姐妹一起吃了诱惑鱼头,

味道那叫一个赞一个辣,

一直在我胃里翻腾了大半天~~~~

 

今天去菜场买菜,看来看去老转到鱼摊前,

琢磨着那诱惑鱼头怎么做来着?到底有啥秘方呢?

由于本人实在平庸,作罢~~~

突然想到要还几笔债,

答应过2位网友有空了一定做一次剁椒鱼头,

上次做剁椒酱的时候也有朋友问我能不能顺道做个剁椒鱼头?

这次一并还上,也算了却了我一桩心事.

 

这里的做法是我自己琢磨着做的,

也不知道正宗版的是怎么做的,

但是我可以很肯定的告诉大家,

这道菜的味道,绝对的美味~~~

剁椒的清香,鱼头的鲜美,

可以用两个很土的字来描述:给力~~~

1 由此进入>>不辣的剁辣椒

3 由此进入>>红剁椒蒸鲈鱼

 

[剁椒鱼头]

 

鲢鱼头半个(1个也可以)这是包头鱼的鱼头,

不辣的红色肉椒1个,大蒜5粒  葱几根 姜5片

步骤:

1 将红椒洗干净,去籽切丁用盐(2克)腌制10分钟左右,出水,将水倒掉;

2 加入葱白碎、姜末和蒜末,加入30ML色拉油,1克盐,搅拌均匀;

 


将鱼头洗干净,将鱼肉部分用刀划两刀,方便成熟与入味,用5克料酒将鱼头

涂抹一遍去腥气,将爆腌好的剁椒盖在上面.

 

 

 

水烧开后,将鱼入锅蒸,盖上盖子,半个鱼头大概300克重,大火蒸4分钟即可.

怕不熟的可多蒸1分钟.出锅撒上点葱花即可,趁热吃.
