既下饭又入菜的---不辣的剁辣椒

最近我在玩"围脖",欢迎您的加入哦~~

 

 

我只要想到剁椒鱼头,我的口水就情不自禁的流出来,

貌似有点丢脸,哈哈,改天该上个剁椒鱼头了~~~~

今天就先上个原材料吧,

今天的是不辣版本的,

(我还做的巨辣版的 敬请期待哦)

材料:

4个不辣的红长椒约350克
2头大蒜约80克
1块生姜约40克

 

制作:

1 将红椒洗干净,擦干水分,切成小丁备用;,将大蒜(紫皮的比较好)和

生姜切成末将辣椒.生姜.蒜末都放在一个干净无水的大碗中.加入5-8克

盐.用筷子搅拌均匀,

 

2 将剁椒装入干净无水无细菌的玻璃瓶子中,用勺子压紧实.盖上两层保鲜膜

再拧上盖子.入冰箱冷藏室,15天后即可取出食用.

主妇心得:

1 这种不辣的肉椒水分比较多,口感很脆,特别的香,想要带点辣的话,在买

辣椒的时候问清楚卖菜的,叫摊主给你配个几个辣的进去就可以了.一般不

辣的红辣椒,头部是圆钝的,辣的是有点细长的,两种放一起的时候你会很

明显的看的出来的.好象还有种说法是看辣椒的柄,弯的不辣直的辣.

 

2 在制作的时候一定要无水操作,不然,在腌制的时候容易腐烂,滋生细菌.
