昨天录了个节目.做莴苣笋,

我一点想法啊没的,多亏群里的姐妹们帮出足意,

最后菜品出来,好吃,好看,好营养,

谢谢姐妹们.有你们帮我真好.

间接说明,子瑜妈真的没啥真本事,

还是集体的力量最伟大.

 

不知道为什么,昨天做出这道菜,特别的开心,

我突然觉得集合很多人智慧的一道菜,

远比一个人想出来的菜更让人兴奋,

我觉得带来的愉悦感也是更广泛的,

因为我觉得大家都会跟着高兴!

 

 

 

 

[莴笋]

 

【性味】味苦;甘;性凉

【归经】归胃;小肠经

莴笋营养:

1. 清肠通便:
莴苣含有大量膳食纤维,可促进肠壁蠕动,通消化道,帮助排泄,
可用于治

疗一些便秘。

2. 消积下气:
莴苣笋乳状浆液,可增强胃液、消化腺的分泌和胆汁的分泌,从而促进各消

化器官的功能,对消化功能减弱和便秘的病人有利;

3. 强壮机体:
莴苣含有多种维生素和矿物质,可调节神经系统功能,其所铁元素,对有缺

铁性贫血病人有利。

莴笋适合人群:

一般人群均可食用。
1. 老人儿童更适合;
2. 莴笋中的某种物质对视神经有刺激作用,古书记载莴苣多食使人目糊,停

食数天,则能自行恢复,故视力弱者不宜多食,有眼疾特别是夜盲症的人也应

少食。

 

 

 

材料:

鸡汤1碗
莴笋1根
胡萝卜50克
玉米粒50克
洋葱50克
黑木耳末30克

步骤:

1 将莴笋切条焯水,将焯好水的笋整齐的摆在碗中备用;

2 锅中倒油,将洋葱炒香,倒入胡萝卜和玉米粒炒1分钟,倒入鸡汤,再倒入黑

木耳,
3 烧开后,关小火,煮上5分钟,放盐调味,准备出锅.将烧好的汤料淋在莴笋上

,趁热食用.

主妇心得:

1 莴笋也可以用其他食材来代替做这道菜,比如说菠菜\芦笋\介蓝等;

2 用到鸡汤也可以用其他的汤来代替,比如说骨头汤\老鸭汤\浓汤宝\清水等;

3 莴笋焯水时间不要太长,脆脆的口感更好也更营养;

4 里面搭配的各种蔬菜您也可以用其他的替换;
