(虾仁酱)
酸奶油的厂家网页上的方子,是英文的,我大概翻译一下:
1- 1/2cup sour cream (1/2杯【113克】酸奶油)
2- 3oz softened cream cheese(3盎司【85克】奶油奶酪,室温软化)
3- 2tsb lemon juice(2小勺柠檬汁)
4- 1/4 tsp salt(1/4小勺盐)
5- 1/8 tsp pepper(1/8小勺胡椒)
6- 5 dash hot sauce(5滴辣酱)
7- 6oz frozen cooked shrimp, thawed(6盎司【170克】冷冻熟虾仁,解冻)
8- 1 tbsp minced celery(1大勺西芹碎丁)
9- 1 tbsp minced green pepper(1大勺绿椒碎丁)
10- 1 tbsp minced onion(1大勺洋葱碎丁)
Mix sour cream, softened cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Drain and dice shrimp to small pieces. Mince celery, green pepper, and onion. Mix all ingredients together. Cover and chill for at least one hour or until ready to serve. Serve with crackers or toast points.
1至6拌匀【我用电动打蛋器打的].解冻的熟虾仁沥干切碎。所有材料放一起拌匀。盖上冷藏至少一小时,或等到要吃时。可以作为饼干或面包的蘸酱。
我把方子加倍,用来和上面的酸奶油吐司一起做了三明治。那么多好东西在里面,味道当然没话讲。那几滴辣酱千万不能不放,是使其不腻的点睛之笔。这虾仁酱和这绵软的吐司面包配在一起口感没话说。
