<蚊子知道>

蚊子知道得很清楚，小虽小

他可是只食肉兽。

但毕竟

他只取一满腹，

并没把我的血存入银行。

The mosquito knows full well, small as he is

he's a beast of prey.

But after all

he only takes his bellyful,

he doesn't put my blood in the bank.

[简析] 比起人类来，身为食肉兽的蚊子并不贪婪，弱水三千，它只取一瓢饮。诗里使用现代商业社会的“银行”这字眼，让我们想起了那些便便大腹的“大款”们，以及他们永远满足不了的大胃口。
