我从未见过一只野生动物
觉得自己可怜。
一只冻僵的小鸟自枝头下坠
一点都不觉得自己可怜。
SELF-PITY
I never saw a wild thing
sorry for itself.
A small bird will drop frozen dead from a bough
without ever having felt sorry for itself.
