These vocabularies must become your
memory
- punctual: Arriving on time every day, Not late.
- reliable, dependable, trustworthy: Other people can trust you. Doing what you promised to do. Doing what others expect of you.
- efficient: Not wasting time or energy.
- patient: Waiting calmly for as long as needed.
- organized: Things are neat, in order and easy to find. Also, plans and lists are ready.
- pleasant, have good people skills: Being friendly, polite, respectful.
- outgoing: Not shy. Comfortable talking with other people.
- cooperative: An easy-going attitude when working with others. Working easily with others.
- helpful: Willing to give help or info.
- being a team player: Working with a group to achieve a common goal. Doing what the team needs.
- accurate: Being careful not to make mistakes, especially with details.
What is a paragraph?
- A paragraph is a group of sentences about the same topic (subject).
- A topic sentence is usually the first sentence and it introduces your topic or main idea.
- Support sentences are the sentences that follow your topic sentence. They give details about your topic.
- A conclusion sentence is the final sentence of your paragraph. It gives a summary of everything your wrote before.
