Okay, you can call me Benjamin or Big Brother, either as you prefer,  for I already forget my age.

I am an independent researcher in Environment Health Science, and now sport/health is my focus. My wife and I with our two children have lived here in Vancouver for 14 years. We often went back to China to see our parents in Beijing and ZhengZhou, and next time I'll definitely plan a trip to ZhaoTong to see your city and team, of course coach Li.

Your English is very good. Why don't try to translate the first two sections of your teachers' book as a practice. Certainly I can give you corrections, for it might be great value internationally in future. That is just my suggestion.
